China For A Day Or America For Eternity

Back in 2008, the Clown Prince of the New York Slimes' editorial page, Thomas Friedman, wrote this in his book, Hot, Flat, and Crowded (What's that, you say ? You haven't read it ? Most of America hasn't. Like most lib books, Hot, Flat, and Crowded was a dud. The only reason I read it is the fact that I bought it for one measly dollar at the library.) :

Now, I know this little quote has been beaten to death by Righty bloggers all over the blogosphere, and rightfully so, especially when Friedman follows that up with:

I would say Tommy got his wish in November, 2008, wouldn't you ? Hasn't Chairman Obama ruled (Yes, I said ruled, and no, I'm not taking it back, either.) as if he were Hu Jintao ? Hasn't Chairman Obama acted like the head of an authoritarian leftist regime guided by the tenets of Marxism ? Unlike the talentless Keith Olbermann, who has been resurrected as Al Snore's propaganda chief, I don't bloviate to hear myself bloviate. I provide facts. During Chairman Obama's Reign of Incompetent Terror:

•He has refused to show his birth certificate proving he is eligible to be President, launching a loogie on the Constitution in the process.

•He has allowed the EPA rule by fiat.

•He has ignored the ruling of Judge Vinson in Florida, who has ruled Obamacareless unconstitutional, simply stating that the Judge was "wrong", and allowing his sycophants to implement the law anyway.

•He has taken it upon himself to declare the Defense Of Marriage Act unconstitutional, despite the fact that most Americans oppose gay marriage ( http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/issues/just_32_consider_sf_marriage_legal ), as if he is the Supreme Court of the United States.

How's that, Tommy-Boy ? Is that China enough for you ? Is that autocratic enough for you ?



If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: Liberals don't give a damn about the Constitution, the legislative process, or anything else that has made America great. The only thing they care about is imposing their 2+2=5 vision on us all. They'll lie, cheat, use violence, and use every dirty trick in the book to empower themselves. Power is a powerful narcotic to the traitorous left and they're a bunch of addicts. The only way to detox them is to beat them at the polls, consistently and constantly.



The 2012 elections are rapidly approaching. Do we want another four years of "China for a day" or do we want "America for eternity" ?

The clock is ticking, America. Socialism or Freedom. Yes, it's come to that. Dear God, it has actually come to that. Never, ever in my life did I ever believe it would come this, but that's where we stand.

My Stint As An Editor At The HuffingtonandPuffington Post

Just like the New York Slimes, it's fairly apparent that there's no editorial control at the HuffingtonandPuffington Post. (I guess AOL can't afford it now after handing Zsa Zsa Huffington all that cash for no discernible reason, which I'm sure she donated to the Treasury, because she's all about "spreading the wealth around". )

In the past 24 months, those of us who longed for positive change have gone from hope to heartbreak.[Rewrite this, Comrade. It makes you look bitter that Chairman Obama fired you in the middle of the night after Glenn Beck outed you as a commie.] But hope is returning to America -- at last -- thanks largely to the courageous stand of the heroes and heroines of Wisconsin. [Heroes that carry swastikas and were bussed in by union bosses, that is.]



Reinvigorated by the idealism and fighting spirit [And a few left hooks and chokeholds] on display right now in America's heartland, the movement for "hope and change" [Comrade, the term is "Hope and Che".] has a rare, second chance. It can renew itself and become again a national force with which to be reckoned. [Kinda like ACORN and Moveon.Dork, eh ?]



Over the next hours and days, all who love this country [but who hates what it stands for] need to do everything possible to spread the "spirit of Madison" to all 50 states. This does not mean we need to occupy [Occupy ? Violent rhetoric, is it not ?] 50 state capitol buildings; things elsewhere are not yet that dire. But this weekend, the best of America should rally on the steps of every statehouse in the union.



Moveon.org and others have issued just this kind of call to action; everyone should prioritize responding and turning out in large numbers.



On Saturday, the powers-that-be (in both parties) should see a rainbow force coming together: organized workers, business leaders, veterans, students and youth, faith leaders, civil rights fighters, women's rights champions, immigrant rights defenders, LGBTQ stalwarts, environmentalists, academics, artists, celebrities, community activists, elected officials and more -- all standing up for what's right. [It will be a rogue's gallery, that's for sure.]





Take Movement to a Higher Plane: Defending the American Dream



And we should announce that our renewed movement is more than just a mobilization to back unions or oppose illegitimate power grabs [Whether or not one has the votes in the Assembly or Senate.] (as important as those agenda items are). Something more vital is at stake: our country needs a national movement to defend the American Dream itself. And the fight in Wisconsin creates the opportunity to build one. [In the immortal words of Rahmbo Dead Fish: "Never let a good crisis go to waste.]



After all, it is the American Dream that the GOP's "slash and burn" agenda is killing off.[Da comrade, we must fight off that whole "individual liberty" crap-ola.] We need a movement dedicated to renewing the idea that hard work pays in our country;[Yeah! It helps to pay for 13 months of funemployment.] that you can make it if you try; [You'll be taxed to oblivion, of course.] that America remains a land committed to dignity, justice and opportunity for all. Right now, this very idea is on the GOP chopping block. And we must rescue it now -- or risk losing it forever.



America will not make it through this crisis healthy and whole if -- at the first sign of trouble -- we are willing to throw away millions of our everyday heroes. Our teachers, police officers,[Comrade Jones, you might want to delete this line. After all, you hang with cop killers like Mumia Abu Jamal.] firefighters, nurses and others make our communities and country strong. Their daily work is essential to the smooth functioning and long-term success of our nation. An attack on them is an attack on the backbone of America. [Unlike attacking the troops in Afghanistan, which is patriotic, eh ?]



Nobody objects to politicians cutting budgetary fat.[Except when it's a Democrat earmark, then that's just racism.] But the GOP program everywhere is so reckless that it would actually cut muscle, bone and marrow, too. This approach is both shortsighted and immoral. We should rise up against it -- in our millions. [Millions ? Be realistic here, comrade.]





GOP Cuts Muscle, Fat and Bone -- Republicans Attack American Way



Both parties should be taking steps to solve the country's problems in a balanced, fair and rational way.[In other words, ignore election results] If deficits are truly the issue, then raising taxes [because, as we all know, throwing more money into the gaping maw known as government is always the answer.] and cutting spending both should be on the table, as tools. But Wisconsin's governor recently handed out massive corporate tax breaks, reducing the state's revenues.[Actually, comrade, the 80's disproves this theory. Even a hack like Paul Krugman knows that.] That move greatly added to the problem he now wants to fix by attacking essential services [like free health care for government employees] with a meat axe. A slew of GOP governors in places like Ohio are gearing up to take similar approaches.



If a foreign power conspired to inflict this much damage on America's first responders and essential infrastructure, we would see it as an act of war. [Comrade, aren't you a 9/11 Truther ?]



And if a foreign dictator unilaterally announced that his nation's workers no longer had a seat at the bargaining table in their own country, the U.S. establishment would rightfully go bananas. [No, they wouldn't. Do Chinese workers have collective bargaining ?]



If Republicans would oppose that kind of thuggery abroad, how can they champion it here at home? How can they accept for the American people what they would denounce for the people of any other nation on Earth? [Like Iraq, right comrade ? You opposed that adventure, didn't you ?]



GOP governors in multiple states are advancing schemes to erase the long-standing rights of American employees to choose a union and bargain collectively.[Actually, the governors are fighting for the rights of people who don't want to be pressured into joining unions and the tax payers who are being forced to pay for it all.] We need to call these outrageous plots what they are: un-American and unacceptable. They are not just assaults on workers; they are assaults on the American Way itself. [Um...no. Being forced to pay for my neighbor's crap is what's un-American here.]





This Is Our 'Tea Party' Moment -- In a Positive Sense



It is time to draw a line in the sand -- nationally. Someone has to stand up for common sense and fairness. It is time to use all nonviolent means to defend the American people and our American principles from these abuses.



If we take a bold and courageous stand, over time, we can win. Make no mistake about it: this is our "Tea Party" moment -- in a positive sense. [In other words, all of you Tea Party wingnuts can take your Constitution nonsense and shove it.]



In fact, we can learn many important lessons from the recent achievements of the libertarian, populist right. Don't forget: even after the Republican's epic electoral defeat in 2008, a right-wing uprising was still able to smash public support for "new New Deal" economics. Along the way, it revived the political fortunes of the GOP. [And gave you a stinging defeat, comrade. Don't you forget it, either.]



A popular outcry from the left could just as easily shatter the prevailing bipartisan consensus that America is suddenly a poor country that cannot possibly help its people meet our basic needs. [Nyet. Conservatives outnumber libs nearly two to one.]





America Is Not a Poor Country -- We Suffer From Poor Leadership



The truth is that we don't live Bangladesh or Malawi. America is not a poor country.[Right...Trillions of dollars of debt is a sign of financial health.] The public has just been hypnotized into believing that the richest and most creative nation on Earth has only two choices in this crisis: massive austerity (as championed by the Tea Party/Republicans) or SEMI-massive austerity (as meekly offered by too many DC Democrats). It is ridiculous. [We should just keep borrowing from China and hope they don't take California as down payment on the debt. Way to use the ol' noodle, Comrade!]



Fortunately, the people union thugs in Wisconsin know that. So they are fighting courageously.[And carrying swastikas] Their efforts could blossom into a compelling, national force for the good -- offering a powerful alternative to those false choices. [Like liberty, freedom, the Constitution, etc.]



And while our re-born movement needs to be as clear and bold as the Tea Parties, we must base our efforts on a deeper set of American values. [Like your hero Mao did, right ?]



The Tea Party attached itself to only a single American principle. And it identifies itself with only one moment in our distant past: the Boston Tea Party, symbolizing "no taxation without representation." [Funny, that was one of the concepts that created America, but let's just toss that little fact into the nearest Memory Hole.]





'American Dream' Movement Rooted in a Deeper Patriotism



That is an important moment and concept. But the notion of "negative liberty" ("don't tread on me!") is only one principle among many that make our country great. Other equally vital American values and ideals (like justice, opportunity, fairness and democracy) have gone largely undefended and unheralded, in this recent crisis. That ends -- now. Our rising movement should stand for the full suite of American values and principles. [Negative liberties is what the Constitution is based on, but what the hell, right Van ?]



And the American ideal most in need of defense is our most essential one: the American Dream.



The steps needed to renew and redeem the American Dream are straightforward and simple:



•Increase revenue for America's government sensibly by making Wall Street and the super-rich pay their fair share. [In other words "From each according to their abilities to each according to their need"--Karl Marx]





•Reduce spending responsibly by cutting the real fat - like corporate welfare for military contractors, big agriculture and big oil. [But don't you dare touch those fish ladders or turtle tunnels!]









•Simultaneously protect the heart and soul of America - our teachers, nurses and first responders. [This includes lousy teachers, drug addict nurses, and lazy fire fighters who spend their days playing volleyball on the tax payer dime.]









•Guarantee the health, safety and success of our children and communities by leaving the muscle and bone of America's communities intact. [What are you going to do ? Make them work out ?]









•Maintain the American Way by treating employees with dignity and respecting their right to a seat at the bargaining table. [And damn the torpedoes! Make everyone else pay for it.]









•Rebuild the middle class - and pathways into it - by fighting for a "made in America" innovation and manufacturing agenda, including trade and currency policies that honor American workers and entrepreneurs. [And them tax them into the abyss.]









•Stand for the idea that, in a crisis, Americans turn TO each other - and not ON each other. [This means: Let the Left have their way.]





A Return to the Moral Center



These are not radical notions [Despite the fact that the author is an avowed communist.]. They are the common sense ideas that form the core of who we are as a nation. [We're not the USSR yet, comrade.] We can rally Americans, once again, to stand up for these values. We can make America, once again, a land where it is safe for everyday people to dream. [And do nothing about it because the Big Mommy regime crushes business.]



We will prevail because -- in truth -- we are not in a right-wing period of American history, nor are we in a left-wing period. We are simply in a volatile period. [The November Midterm Massacre says otherwise.]



And during times like these, we can take comfort in knowing that a great nation will ultimately pull its answers -- not from its ideological extremes -- but from its deep, moral center. [Like abortion, gay marriage, atheism...That "moral center", comrade ?]



By standing up for dignity, equal opportunity and fair play, the Wisconsin workers have found their way to America's great moral center. They have shown us all, at last, the way back home. By standing with them,[With a swastika] we reclaim what is best in our country.



April 15, 2009, marked the beginning of the national movement to remember the Tea Party and pull America to the ideological right. [That day proved God still loves America.]



Let Saturday, February 26, 2011, mark the beginning of the national movement to renew the American Dream and return us to the moral center -- where everybody counts, and everybody matters. [Does the term "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." ring a bell ? Not exactly original, Vannie.]

We had a feeling that the leaders of the protests, the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO, shared our views, so we asked them. Here was the response from their Secretary-Treasurer Stephanie Bloomingdale:



As hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites stand up to Gov. Scott Walker's anti-worker proposals, a few have expressed their anger by bringing signs or making statements that compare Gov. Walker to Hitler or characterize his policies as fascist. No matter how intense our political arguments become, there is no place for these kinds of comparisons or characterizations, which serve to diminish the horrors of the Nazi regime. I hope the media will not allow the language chosen by a few to characterize the community as a whole.






We're fighting for real people and real people's jobs here. We'll continue our work with civility, respect and tolerance even as we stand together for Wisconsin families.




This is a powerful statement, but it isn’t surprising. Nothing about the labor movement in Wisconsin would lead us to believe that the leadership condoned this kind of language. The leaders of most large rallies, regardless of their political orientation, often find themselves at odds with the signs or comments of some of the more zealous attendees. All of us can do our part to reduce the frequency and ease with which this rhetoric is employed. That said, those who pretend that the actions of an aberrant sign holder has the same impact as the actions of a leading elected representative or media figure are letting their political loyalty trump their moral compass."

I'll tell you what to make of it. It's the rank hypocrisy of the Pseudo-Jews of the Jewish Funds for Justice, a George $oros funded socialist front group that twists Judaism for their own selfish purposes.



If you'll note, the Pseudo-Jews will tolerate the non-sensical comparisons of Nazism to the American Right by the Progressivevik Left, but will never, ever allow the Right to make its own factual comparisons of the Authoritarian Left to Nazism. Does the Right agree with the murder of unborn babies because they're not perfect ? No, but the Left does and the Nazis did. Does the Right agree with using affirmative action and racial quotas ? No, but the Left does and the Nazis did. Does the Right believe in withholding medical care from the sick and infirm ? No, but the Left does and the Nazis did. Does the Right believe in the redistribution of wealth ? No, but the Left does and the Nazis did. (Quick reminder: Nazi is short for National SOCIALIST German Workers Party.) See a pattern ? I know I do.



Folks, we can't let the Pseudo-Jews of the Jewish Funds for Justice get away with crap like this. This is spitting on the memory of every victim of the Holocaust. The Holocaust was caused by an out of control government that decided to replace the norms of German society with the vitriol of Nazism much like the way the Left is seeking to replace the norms of American society with the vitriol of liberalism. We can't allow history to be thrown into the nearest Memory Hole. If Never Again is to truly mean never again, we must, whether you're a Jew or a Gentile, stand up to these liars and call them out on their crap. If we don't, history will repeat itself. Tell these modern day kapos to shove it.

Blowing Up The Debt Star

I don't want to jinx it, but I'm so happy I feel like shouting from the roof tops.




It looks like Big Labor is getting ready to die the ugly death it so rightly deserves and it will take the Democrat party with it.



Today, Hanukkah came early. Rasmussen Reports, the most accurate political polling firm on the planet, is reporting that 48% of registered voters are siding with Wisconsin's heroic Governor Scott Walker and only 38% are standing with the lying, thieving public sector unions. It's a Hanukkah in February miracle!

To quote our drunken Vice President, Joe Bite Me: "This is a big f-ing deal!"



If the Right plays its cards right, this can be final nail in the coffin of the 2+2=5 Progressivevik Left. If Scott Walker doesn't flinch, (And so far, he hasn't, unlike the way the Weeper of the House and Itch McConnell did during the Bush Tax Cut hubbub. Another 13 months of unemployment ? Gimme a break! Sigh...another rant for another time. ) he'll cause a chain reaction that will drain the power of other public sector unions, which will save many states billions upon billions of dollars. That's great news to be sure, but there's also another reason to rejoice:



THIS COULD BE THE END OF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA'S PRESIDENCY AND THE LEFT MAY LOSE WHATEVER POWER THEY STILL RETAIN.

And here's the funny part: This is happening with the approval of the American people, and it all started in the birth place of the Progressivevik Movement, Wisconsin! Oh, the Lord works in mysterious ways, and it's fairly apparent He is quite displeased with the Democrat party.



Here's the bottom line, folks. This is the opening we've been waiting for. This is the exhaust port to destroy the Democrats' Debtstar. We can't be like the useless Rebel pilots who got themselves blown to smithereens by Darth Vader.....



We need to arm those proton torpedoes!

Greedy Pigs....

Just about every time I decide to waste my valuable time on this earth discussing anything with a Progressivevik fingersniffer, one word invariably comes up: "greedy".




"CEOs are greedy. The rich are greedy. People who oppose Obamacareless are greedy. The United States is greedy...." Blah, blah, blah, 2+2=5, yadda, yadda, yadda. It's as if their little minds can't come up with another concept. It's fairly apparent that when God was passing out brains, the libs were too busy taking bong hits to care. Critical thinking is certainly not a liberal concept to say the least, since it is the libs, not the rest of us, who are the greedy pigs.



For further proof of the above stated hypothesis, one needs to look no further than the current hubhub created by the public sector unions in Wisconsin. You want to see greed ? Just look at the Badger State's current round of civil unrest.



For those of you who were living under a rock for the last week, the situation in Wisconsin is as follows: The state of Wisconsin, after years of Progressivevik mismanagement, is broke. Thus, the people of Wisconsin elected Conservative Scott Walker as governor to fix it, hoping to avoid the same fate as other failed Progressivevik dystopias like California and New York. Governor Walker immediately set his sights on the state's largest financial problem-- the greedy public sector unions. He and the state legislature drafted a bill to limit the right of the state's government workers to collectively bargain (Or as I like to say, engage in Mafioso tactics.) and force government workers to actually pay a touch more for their benefits. (A measly 8% more.) Needless to say, this was as welcome as a surprise visit from the mother-in-law to the unions. The unions, especially the "teacher" unions, did their best Egyptian imitation and headed to Madison, calling in sick, disrupting public services, and having schools closed. As of this writing, Governor Walker is sticking to his guns (Yes, I said "sticking to his guns". Deal with it, CNN.) and not doing his best John Boehner imitation and folding his tents right away. The protests and counter protests continue.



Is that not greed, Dear Reader ?



If you'll note, Govwernor Walker isn't laying off anyone. Governor Walker isn't furloughing anyone. He's not handing out IOU's like the Jerkinator (hat tip: The Great One, Mark Levin) did in California. Governor Walker is doing what he was elected to do: fix Wisconsin's finacial mess, which has the state in a 3 billion dollar hole. (http://www.comcast.net/slideshow/news-StateDebt/22/ ) Walker is doing what any sane person in his situation would do: curtail expenses. If you'll note, he's doing so in the most humane way possible.



But that's just not good enough for the greedy pigs in the public sector unions, is it ?



These lowlifes couldn't possibly care less if their unemployed neighbors who have children are struggling as is. These lowlifes could care less that those of us work in the private sector go to work everyday hoping they still have a job when they arrive. These lowlifes could care less that we in the private sector pay an arm and leg for our health insurance. (You know, the health insurance that Chairman Obama promised would become cheaper if his Obamacareless scam became law. Another rant for another time, to be sure.) These lowlifes couldn't care less about their neigbors. Their neighbors owe them.



Well, guess what, bottom feeders: your neighbors owe you nothing. They're YOUR bosses. Start acting like it.

Upon Further Review....

It takes a big man to admit it when he's wrong.




It takes a bigger man to admit it when he's acted like a fool and total hypocrite.



Your Friendly Neighborhood Right Wing Extremist, Alan Levy, aka Absolutely Nobama, was all of those things in his last column titled Birthers and Truthers: I Love You Guys! In this column, I arrogantly attacked the folks who rightly demand proof of Chairman Obama's eligibilty to be President. I called them mentally ill, demented, and crazy. I treated them as I would a Global Warming nutjob, much to my regret.



Well, I was wrong. The "Birther" movement IS NOT wrong. They ARE NOT crazy. Heck, they're not even conspiracy theorists. They're simply people who love their country and want to make sure that the person elected to lead the Free World is eligible to do so. Is that such a crime ? No. They also want to make sure the Constitution wasn't trampled upon. That's not crazy, is it ? No. It's patriotic, plain and simple.





Upon further review, there are way too many questions about Chairman Obama's eligibility. Was The Failed Messiah born in the United States ? I don't know. Did Chairman Obama or his guardian at the time renounce his citizenship in order to attend school in Indonesia ? I don't know. That's the problem. I don't know and no one else does, either. That's the problem. Why don't we know ? Or better yet, Why aren't we allowed to know ?

Birthers And Truthers: I Love You, Guys!

I do not believe the federal government is responsible for the horror and tragedy of 9/11. I believe the 3000+ that died that horrible day were murdered by Islamic extremists.




I am certain that Barack Hussein Obama, our Dear Leader, was born in the United States.



I think most of the people who subscribe to either conspiracy theory has a touch of mental illness.



Yet....



I just love me some Birthers and Truthers!



Now, I'm sure there will be some who think I have drinking problem, like PMSNBC's Chris Mattews. There will be some that think I took bong hit after bong hit with Bill "Caligula" Clinton. (I promise! No one inhaled!) There will some I've had a mental break down and I am now a moron like Ed "The Red" Schultz. (Hat Tip: The Great One, Mark Levin) No, True Believer, there is nothing with Absolutely Nobama. He's just fine, fit as a fiddle! (Which is a good thing, if, for some wacky reason, Obamacare(less) is ever found Constitutional, care will be rationed and it may very well take years to see a doctor.)



The reason why I love the Birthers and Truthers is the fact that these bizarre conspiracies prove that I am not insane. The American public does fear the government and its potential for tyranny. Americans do not want a "fundamental transformation" of the United States. The very fact that people believe that the Big Mommy Regime is capable of mass murder is proof that Americans still have a healthy distrust of government, which is a cornerstone of patriotic thought. The very fact there are people who find Chairman Obama's socialistic views so foreign and so distateful that they're forced to conclude that he was born in another country is a good thing. Yes, I know, I'm spreading hatred and paranoia, my Glenn Beck tinfoil hat is too tight, yeah, I'm late for my Bircher Society meeting, blah, blah, blah. However, unlike the fired Keith Olbermann, I don't bloviate just to hear myself bloviate. I use my head for more than a hat rack. I can actually put together a coherent thought, unlike Rachel Maddcow.



Here's a good project idea for those of you out there wasting valuable time and money pursuing a degree in sociology: Go out and ask 100 random people their theories about 9/11 and where the Failed Messiah was born. I'm willing to bet you'll get 100 different answers on both crackpot theories. Why ? Most Americans are not politicos. They wouldn't know an earmark from earwax. Not only that, most Americans are too busy raising their kids, working, or in Detroit, wating in line for "Obama money". (I mean, really, which would you rather watch: Top Chef or Meet The Depressed ?) In other words, they don't spend their every waking moment thinking about politics and wouldn't care what a Truther or Birther was. ( Just so you know: I don't mean to sound like a Holier Than Thou lib, nor am I calling anyone stupid. Facts are facts. Too many Americans have become apathetic.) It would be a sampling that most pollsters shoot for. I promise you, sociology bottom feeder, you'll get an "A" and I'm sure you'll get invited to your professor's after class Oxy party! And, you'll see that I'm right. Everyone walks away a winner!



Yes, we can laugh at the finger sniffer Truthers and the medless Birthers, but we must respect the societal passions that drive these public neuroses. No, the federal government didn't kill 3,000 innocent people on 9/11. But this is a government that will steal your money, take your guns, and grope you at will at airports. Is that not terrifying ? Is that not a form of evil to be feared ? No, Barack Huessein Obama wasn't born in Kenya, but does he not share the same views of most foreigners ? Did he not express his approval for the Ground Zero mosque at an Iftar dinner ? Did he not bow to foreign monarchs in Saudi Arabia and Japan ? Did he not call America "arrogant and dismissive" ? Are these the acts of a patriot ? Sure, actual Birtherism and Trutherism border on the legal definition of insanity, but the societal passions that created these urban legends are on the mark. To quote V from V for Vendetta: "There is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there ?" Indeed, in America, there is.



If I've said it once, I've said a thousand times: We no longer live in times where we can shrug our shoulders and say: "Nah. That couldn't be true". We live in times that force us to say: "That would really suck if it were true, and what the hell is he writing on that blackboard, anyway ?"

Got Unity ?

This year's CPAC was a mess.




Or a clusterf*ck, if you want to be crass about it.



This year's CPAC could be accurately called a Right Wing demolition derby, Ron Paul's gang chanted "war criminal" at former Vice President DickCheney, Donald Trump and his comb-over called Ron Paul unelectable in return, and Myth Romney pretended to be a Republican. It was ugly state of affairs that almost overshadowed Allen West's magnificent closing speech and Ann Coulter's delightfully vicious anti-lib ranting.



This year's CPAC conference should have been a victory lap for the Right, especially after last November's Midterm Massacre that sent 2+2=5'ers packing by the dozens in Congress and in state governments. Last November proved that America is, despite the Lamestream Media's constant lying, a center-right country. Instead of being the pep rally it should have been, this year's CPAC conference devolved into the usual scratching and hissing match that has doomed the Right time and time again.



Folks, we can't have this.



I can't emphasize this enough: the only thing that's going to defeat the horror that is Barack Hussein Obama is unity on the Right. As we all unfortunately know, the next Republican presidential candidate isn't just running against the Failed Messiah, he or she will be running against the Lamestream Media, Hollywood, and the George Soros funded Socialist Lefty Noise Machine. The left may suck at governing and showering, but they're quite good at campaigning, and they certainly proved that by getting Chairman Obama elected, despite the fact that most five year olds were more qualified to be President. Add those forces to fact that the Left is more than willing to cheat to win elections (See the Con Artists Formerly Known As ACORN and "Senator" Al Franken's "victory" over Norm Coleman in '08.) and, well....forget "tall order". Winning the 2012 election will be a Herculean task, no matter how badly Chairman Obama screws up the economy.



So here's the ugly as Joy Behar truth: United we stand, divided we fall. No, I'm not saying the Religious Right should jump on board the Legalize Marijuana Libertarian bandwagon nor am I suggesting that the Ron Paul peaceniks join the military for an extended tour in Afghanistan. I am not asking anyone on the Right to abandon their point of view. What I am asking everyone to do is realize that the coming 2012 election will be one of the biggest in American history. If the Right loses, America will become a failed European socialist state. If the Right wins, America will be on the path towards a rebirth. There's no gray area anymore. (Which is also why RINOs, like Myth Romney, must defeated in the upcoming primary, but that's another rant for another time.)



Conservatives, it's either unity or socialism. You decide.

This Just In: Barack Obama Is A Blithering Idiot

If I were Bill Daley, the new White House chief of staff, my first act would be to surgically attach a teleprompter to Chairman Obama. It's pretty obvious that our Dear Leader is helpless without one, since he's almost as gaffe-prone as Joe Bite Me. Every time Obama goes off 'prompter, another FUBAR moment occurs. (Like getting outed as a socialist by a plumber, calling cops stupid, calling Republicans hostage takers, just to name a few public relations disasters.) I'd call the Failed Messiah an empty suit, but that would be unfair to empty suits the world over. (They might even get 400 pseudo-rabbis to sign a letter condemning me if I'm not careful.)




I'll just keep calling Obama what I've called him since 2008: A blithering idiot.



Now, I know I'm not being civil. I know talk like that might be considered "hate" (Isn't that right, House MINORITY Leader Pelosi ?) and it could very well mean a one way trip to the Ministry of Love for "reeducation". Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn. The truth is the truth, regardless of how ugly it is. Barack Obama is a blithering idiot.



Unlike the fired Keith Olbermann, I don't bloviate just to hear myself bloviate. Let's take a look at Chairman Obama's Super Bowl interview with Bill O'Reilly for a sterling example of His Chairmanship's lack of mental agility.

The Jihad Of The Pseudo-Jews

My "friends" at the Jewish Funds For Justice have published this little snippett on their site, probably at the behest of their Nazi collaborating benefactor, George Soros:

"Counter factual" ? "Historical revisionism" ?



Surely they jest. Ahhh...you gotta love it when the 2+2=5'ers use words that they can't use intelligently in a sentence. It's soooo cute when they try!



It's common knowledge that the Progressivevik movement was enamored with the National SOCIALIST German Workers Party and their Fascist counterparts in Italy. (In fact, noted science fiction writer and Progressive boot licker H.G. Wells was the first to coin the term "liberal fascism".) They were in awe of the Mussolini's ability to "make the trains run on time", just as they were in awe of Adolf Hitler's plans for a "master race". These were Progressive concepts that failed to take root in the US, but they were coming to life in Germany and Italy. (For example, Margret Sanger, patron saint of the Pro-Choice movement, actually based her theories on eugenics. She cooked the idea of birth control to help keep the black population in the United States under control.) Now, I could sit here and give you a sterling book report about Jonah Goldberg's Liberal Fascism, but that would rob you, the reader of the joys of reading this great tome if haven't already. (Read this book, True Believer! You won't be disappointed.)



Instead, I'm going to prove it, with help from one of all my all time favorite movies, Judgement at Nuremberg, a fictionalized trial of the Nazi judges. It's a great flick with a laundry list of Hollywood stars making several appearences, such as Burt Lancaster, Marlene Dietrich, Judy Garland, William Shatner, and even the guy who played Colonel Klink in Hogan's Heroes. (Werner Klemperer). It was a fantastic movie that ran away with an armload of Academy Awards. (This is when the awards actually meant something.) Needless to say, Judgement at Nuremberg wasn't some indie flick looking for some "street cred" nor was it a "Right Wing propaganda" piece. It was a major motion picture that some have decided to throw in the nearest Memory Hole.



Why ? Because it paints a less than flattering view of the Progressive Movement. Check out the scene below, as Rolfe, defense attorney for the accused Nazi judges, rips into Dr. Wickert, a prosecution witness.

Are we to forget the fact that a good portion of Nazi theory was developed in the United States by the Progressive Movement ?

Will The Real Antisemite Please Stand Up ?

Recently, for craps and giggles, I posted one of my columns, The Yentas Are At It Again, on Markos Moulitsos' digital hate fest, the Daily Kos. Yes, I know, this is technically trolling. No, I wouldn't like it if someone did it on Townhall or Free Republic, blah, blah, blah. Anyhoo, in this column, I took aim at the 400 "rabbis" who went running around screaming that Glenn Beck was an antisemite for his accurate portrayal of George Soros as a puppet master pulling the strings of the 2+2=5 Junta that is the American Left. Some of the criticism I recieved went something like this:

Believe it or not, these were some of the milder comments I recieved. Now, I'm not asking for sympathy, I was trolling after all. (And not to mention, most of the fingersniffers who post on the Daily Kos have the IQ of a paramecium, so I wasn't expecting much.) But things quickly became as ugly as a hurried Joyless Behar who didn't have time to "put her face on". Take a gander, not in any particular order:

Now according to the Left, it's a thoughtcrime to accuse George Soros of anything. Never mind the fact that he's an admitted Nazi collaborator who helped seize Jewish property. Never mind the fact that he's not even Jewish, he's an avowed atheist. (FYI-- The only people on earth who believe in ethnic Judaism are antisemites. The Nazis used the concept of ethnic Judaism to write the Nuremberg Laws.) Anyone who questions Chairman Obama's Boss must be a Jew baiter cut from Julius Streicher's cloth, as far as the 2+2=5 Junta is concerned. (Even if they're Jewish like yours truly.)



But here's the funny part: George Soros is one of the most vile Jew haters on God's green and COOLING earth. If you put some of Georgie's quotes next to Mahmoud Ahmedinejad's, they would be pretty similiar. Let's take a look at some Herr Soros' less then enlightened comments and deeds:

Cui Bono ? Who Benefits From The Chaos In The Middle East ?

Originally, when I heard about the Egyptian protests, I was relatively happy. After all, Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak is a dictator, and I'm all about freedom. That feeling lasted about ten seconds when I heard that the Muslim Brotherhood was playing an active role in the demonstrations. The Muslim Brotherhood has many associates who became members of al-Qaeda, such as Ayman al-Zawahiri. (He's the Tom Hagen to Osama bin Laden's Vito Corleone.) Regardless of what the Egyptian Resistance front man Mohammed El Baradei says, these are some bad hombres who need to be taken very, very seriously. ( El Baradei even said this to ABC News: “This is total bogus that the Muslim Brotherhood are religiously conservative," and "They are no way extremists. These are evil people who cannot be negotiated with, to say the least. However dangerous the Muslim Brotherhood may be, they are not the villians in this story.




The 2+2=5 Junta that makes up the American Left and their sugar daddy, George Soros, are. For example, Moveon.org, one of Soros' front groups, have posted this on their website:

As first reported by Glenn Beck, many of the American Left's glitterati have been very active spreading their venom in the Middle East. Bernadine Dohrn, Bill Ayers' evil half, was involved in the flotilla to help arm the Palestinians. Code Pink(o) psychotic Jodie Evans has bragged openly that HAMAS would guarantee her safety in Gaza and ( http://biggovernment.com/taylorking/2011/01/29/did-muslim-brotherhood-learn-day-of-rage-egypt-protest-tactics-from-obama-allies-bill-ayers-and-code-pink/ ) Code Pink(o) has marched with with the Muslim Brotherhood in various demonstrations. Treason would be a vast understatement in these cases.



I don't need to remind everyone that these are all close, personal friends of Chairman Obama, do I ? Good. My carpal tunnel syndrome is acting up.



However, one question remains. Cui Bono ? Who benefits ? Or as George Orwell stated in 1984: "I understand how: I do not understand why".



Well, that's easy. George Soros and the American Left.



For the Left, chaos in the Middle East is a boon. It would damage the American economy almost beyond repair, especially if the Suez Canal falls in the hands of Islamic extremists, as this would create an oil shortage that would make the 1970's shortage look like a market glut since oil tankers would have to go around South Africa to reach the United States. The Big Mommy Regime would be forced to do the only thing it knows how to do these days: trample private industry. Maxine Waters would get her wish. Big Oil would be socialized for the "common good". The ruse of Climate Change would no longer be needed as the government would then control the most important resource America has-- energy. The game plan that the Left set into motion in the late 1800's would come to fruition, as the United States would sink into socialism. The redistribution of wealth will become the redistribution of energy.



Now of course, it wouldn't just be the Left wetting its beak. Everyone's Least Favorite Nazi-Collaborating Puppet Master George Soros would get his. After all, he has a rather large share in the Brazilian oil company, Petrobras. Oh, let's not forget, Chairman Obama has stopped all AMERICAN drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Dark times are coming, folks, literally and figuratively.

Just What Are The "Jewish Funds For Justice", Anyway ?

Well, the Jewish Funds for Justice are sort of like Jews for Jesus. That is, if you take away Jesus and replace Him with Hungarian Nazi collaborator and socialist sugar daddy George Soros. (Which is odd, since Herr Soros despises his own Jewish roots and is an avowed atheist. Oh yeah, Georgie doesn't like Israel, either.) These folks are, as Mark Levin would say, detestable blobs of fecal matter. Not only are they responsible for slandering Glenn Beck and accusing him of antisemitism, but they pervert Judaism to make a political point. In other words, they're the Kosher version of Sojourners, the "Christian" front group lead by admitted communist Jim Wallis. (And guess who Jim Wallis is a spiritual advisor to. I'll give you a hint: his middle name is Hussein and he answers to "Mister President.")




Let's take a look at some of their lies from their website, shall we ?

Dear friends:



In October, we produced “Al Tirah! Fear Not!,” the above video featuring Rabbi Sharon Brous. Decrying the politics of fear that characterized much of the public debate the previous year, it encouraged viewers not to cede their voices to an irresponsible minority.



Less than three months later, six people are dead and 18 wounded during an attempt to assassinate Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords of Tuscon, AZ.



The third-term Representative of a swing district had shown political courage. She voted for the heath care bill. She was an outspoken critic of her states’ anti-immigrant fervor, while supporting comprehensive reform in Washington.



Her courage made her a target.



The night after she voted in favor of the health care bill, the glass door to her office was smashed. For months, hundreds of people she characterized as members of “the Tea Party movement” protested outside of her office. Slurs were common. So were harassing letters and phone calls.



Because she was considered an incumbent vulnerable to defeat, her opponents did their best to foment and channel voter anger. Sometimes this meant using language and images from America’s gun culture. Giffords was a “target” in “the crosshairs” who needed to be “taken out.” "Get on Target for Victory in November" read an invite to an event for her Republican opponent. "Help remove Gabrielle Giffords from office. Shoot a fully automatic M16 with Jesse Kelly."



The New York Times accurately assigned blame in its first editorial about the shooting. “It is facile and mistaken to attribute this particular madman’s act directly to Republicans or Tea Party members,” they wrote. “But it is legitimate to hold Republicans and particularly their most virulent supporters in the media responsible for the gale of anger that has produced the vast majority of these threats, setting the nation on edge. Many on the right have exploited the arguments of division, reaping political power by demonizing immigrants, or welfare recipients, or bureaucrats.”



Giffords herself said much the same thing when she was interviewed by MSNBC after her office door was smashed. “Community leaders, not just political leaders, need to stand back when things get too fired up and say whoa, let’s take a step back here.”



So, how have we done? Did we show leadership by calling on people to step back, as Giffords asked? Have we held the media responsible for setting the nation on edge, as the Times demands?



In March of 2009, at the urging of the JFSJ community, we launched a campaign called Solutions Not Scapegoats. Its purpose has been to speak out against exactly this kind of extremist rhetoric, while presenting real solutions to the very real problems facing millions of Americans. Our ongoing engagement with Glenn Beck has been one manifestation of this effort. Al Tirah was another.



At the time, several Jewish leaders told us privately that it was better to avoid this issue. We were giving Beck free publicity, and the Tea Party movement would not amount to much. During the past ten months, our efforts to hold elected officials and media personalities responsible for their rhetoric have been supported by a wide range of leaders, including many Jews. But as a community, our leaders have been too timid. As a community, we have shown too great a willingness to look the other way at dangerous rhetoric. As a community, we have not heeded Giffords’ call to lead or followed her example of personal bravery.



It is too late for the victims of the shooting in Tuscon. But it is not too late for the next potential victims.



Glenn Beck’s radio show was dropped by WOR radio last week. Until he finds a new station, he is off the air in New York City. Beck has been one of the most irresponsible media personalities, using his platform to tell millions of people who and what they should fear. Patriots like Rep. Giffords, women and men who believe the government has a role in advancing the common good, are vilified daily.



We are calling on all New York radio stations not to pick up Beck’s syndicated radio show. His hate-filled rhetoric is always unwelcome, but it is particularly unwelcome today. Leaders in the Jewish community and in all communities have an opportunity to make their voices heard on this issue. We hope they will.



Three months ago, Rabbi Brous implored us to act. “Al Tirah! Fear not America. Let us drive out the culture of fear and narrowness and replace it with it with a culture of openhearted empathy.”



Let us pray for Giffords and the other victims. And then let us get to work!

Oh...but the imaginary link between the Tuscon Shooting and "overheated rightwing rhetoric" is so two weeks ago. (And not to mention false on many levels since Gabrielle Giffords is a staunch defender of the Second Amendment and was one of the few members of the Democrat party who had the Spauldings to defend SB 1070, despite the fact that it was weaker than the federal law that was already on the books.) I guess that whole "Thou shalt not bear false witness" thing is passe in the "new" Judaism. There's more. Much more.

The Community Organizing Residency (COR) recruits and places individuals from different faith backgrounds in leading organizing groups in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Residents gain on-the-ground experience while organizing full-time and being mentored by seasoned organizers.

Inspired by their beliefs and curious about others’, the first cohort of Residents are launching their organizing careers, gaining leadership skills, organizing for social change, and deepening their understanding of their own and other faith traditions. They are learning about and reflecting on social change approaches through the lenses of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Each resident's host organization couples training with mentorship, and COR’s comprehensive approach includes an integrated curriculum of retreats, one-to-one mentoring, and regular reflection sessions.
