The One Woman Tea Party

Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Commies, or whatever the Left calls themselves these days are hard-headed bunch. They ignored the Tea Parties and called them "astroturf". They still cling to the 2+2=5 belief that everything is "Hitler" Bush's fault. They ignore polls. They ignore economic data. They ignore anything that might be a real downer.




One thing they can't ignore is Velma Hart, The One Woman Tea Party.



Recently, at a town hall meeting, Mrs. Hart had this to say to Chairman Obama:

“Quite frankly, I’m exhausted. I'm exhausted of defending you, defending your administration, defending the mantle of change that I voted for, and deeply disappointed with where we are right now.”

The media blew it off. Even FOX News didn't do that quote justice. This is a quote that needs to go down in history. In other words, it's not the useless crap that dribbled out of Stephen Colbert's mouth during his Congressional testimony. Here is a middle aged woman, unremarkable in every way, drawing the strength to tell the leader of the Free World to get his act together. She's not a politician. She's not a talking head on a cable news network. She's not running for office or looking for stardom. Velma Hart is a hero.



Yeah, yeah, Velma Hart is a Democrat, but I really want you to sit and think about the bravery she showed. There are a lot of people who talk tough and say "I'll give that Obama a piece of my mind, if I ever meet him." Yet, when push comes to shove, they wouldn't. They would get all caught up in the Presidential mystique. Velma Hart did not. She stood firm, like our Founders did against the king. You want to know what the Tea Party is all about ? It's about the Velma Harts struggling to survive in this Obama created mess.



God bless you, Mrs. Hart. You're one in a million.

Obama The Apostate

Remember way back when Chairman Obama hated religion ? Remember when he said that those who opposed his march to power were clinging to their guns and religion because they were "bitter" ? Remember that speech he made at Georgetown with the Crucifix covered ? Remember the shout out to atheists he made during his coronation ? Hell, our Dear Leader even refused to mention the "Creator" while reciting the Declaration of Independence. It was clear Chairman Obama was not a religious man.




Now, I'm not going to sit here and pretend to be shocked at the Failed Messiah's attitude against religion. Obama is a Progressivevik after all, and the only god those folks worship is the false idol known as "government". I am, however, disgusted at Obama's turning to religion when he needs something, like support for his hated Obamacare(less) scam.



According to Politico, Chairman Obama said this on a conference call to the "churches" that supported Obamacare(less)

Excuse the hell out of me ? Did he just say what I think he said ? Is this the same guy who mocked the Book of Leviticus ?



Folks, if you need any further proof that Chairman Obama is a dangerous, dangerous man, I don't know what else to tell you. The concept of the Seperation of Church and State may not be in the Constitution, but it's an important concept nonetheless. The main reason it exists isn't to keep Nativity Scenes out of the town halls of small towns in Flyover Country like the ACLU seems to believe. The doctrine exists to protect citizens from the manipulation of religion by the federal government, like what was done in Nazi Germany.

Religion is one of the strongest forces that keeps society from collapsing. When religion is under control, the people are under control.

A Freudian Slip

Look what I found on Glenn Beck's new website, theblaze.com:

"Towards the end of a speech on September 15 to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Obama began quoting the famous “rights” line from the founding document. [The Declaration of Independence] But partway through, he omitted where those rights come from: a Creator.



The line is supposed to read: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.'



But Obama’s recitation left out an important part: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are crated equal. [Long Pause] Endowed with certain inalienable [sic] rights: life and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.' "

Now, this could be a teleprompter mishap. A teleprompter is a mechanical device and mechanical devices do break down.



I wish the above statement was actually what happened. I really wish this was just another gaffe, like when Joe Bite Me cursed on a live mike after Obamacare(less) was pushed through, or when our Dear Leader made fun of the Special Olympics. People say stupid things in public all the time.( I could make a snarky remark about Keith Olbermann making himself a handsome living saying stupid things in public, but as his ratings would indicate, only a few close friends and family watch his show. You can't call saying something stupid in front of twenty people a public gaffe.)



We all know this wasn't a gaffe. This is Chairman Obama giving the United States of America the middle finger once again.



This is further proof that Chairman Obama hates this country, as if the bowing to foreign monarchs, accepting books from socialist dictators, and calling America "arrogant" and "dismissive" on his European apology tour wasn't enough. Chairman Obama hates this country's value systems and this little Freudian slip proves it.



Oh...before I forget, it's also proof that Chairman Obama, like his Progressivakian forefathers, believe that rights come from government, not from God. This is a very dangerous view, since it runs contrary to the Founding Fathers' belief that states if rights are given by God only God could take them away. This was to ensure that there was a limit to what government could impose on the citizenry. However, Progressiveviks don't think that way. They believe that government is God and must be omnipotent like God. They believe that the government's rights must be protected over the individual's rights. Here's what our Dear Leader thinks of the individual, from his tome, The Little Red Book....er, uh...The Audacity of Hope:

It isn't because he actually cares about the collective, or even socialism, for that matter. (Socialism is never for the actual socialists, only for proles like you and I.) What our Dear Leader cares about is power. By destroying the concept of individualism, he acheives power for himself and the rest of the Inner Party. The collective never resists, only individuals do. If there's no resistance, you have the tyrannies of Nazism and Communism. To that, I say--

Character Does Matter!

Does anyone remember when Anderson Cooper said this gem on the Communist News Network (aka --CNN) :

Yeah, I don't remember that, either. Like the rest of America, I learned to tune out CNN a long time ago. (Luckily, SE Cupp did remember! This quote came from Ms. Cupp's fantastic tome, Losing Our Religion. You'll laugh! You'll cry! Most of all, you won't resent the $24.00 you have to shell out for it, unlike, say a book written by Ed Schultz, just to name a poor writer who can't carry on a run-on sentence like I can and still have it be funny.)



Don't worry. This isn't going be another *YAWN* tale about how Barack Obama is actually a closet Muslim or his mind was warped by his twenty plus years in Jeremiah Wrong's church. We'll leave out how Chairman Obama received an endorsement from noted Jew hater and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. We'll forget for now how our Dear Leader called America "a great Muslim nation". Aw heck, I'll even let the Failed Messiah off the hook for supporting the House of Hatred mosque at Ground Zero. What can I say ? I'm a helluva guy in a helluva mood. (Or, perhaps, my Official Glenn Beck tinfoil hat is too tight. Hey, Congressman Weiner! Forget that Goldline witch hunt! We need you to inevstigate these tinfoil hats they're hawking on Insider Extreme! One size fits all, my a$$! They're violating the Americans with Disabilities Act! It's not my fault my cranium is almost the size of Keith Olbermann's!)



Actually, this column is about character and how the lamestream media mocks it.



See, folks, the leftists who pretend to be journalists are not like you and I. They don't see things the way we do, with the antiquated notions of "right" and "wrong". Their indoctrination, either at the Ministry of Love or their "colleges", apparently does not allow them to have what we in the rest of the country call "morals". As a result, everything that most Americans find virtuous, they find hideous. Talk about guns and the Second Amendment, Chrissy Matthews of PMSNBC curses at you. Voice your opinion about marriage being between a man and a woman, Perez Hilton calls you a "[rhymes with itch]". Dare to assemble peacably to petition the Big Mommy Regime to redress your greviences, Rachel Maddcow calls you a "teabagger". Needless to say, I know some alley cats with better codes of conduct than most journalists.



Nothing, however, gets the 2+2=5 Mafia more riled up than a Conservative with some character. Like I didn't want to bore you with another story about Chairman Obama being a crypto-Islamic Radical, I'm not going to bore you with another "Why Can't They Leave Poor Sarah Palin Alone" column. This one is about Christine O'Donnell, the Imperial Senate candidate from Delaware.



Every time this poor lady has been mentioned in the lamestream media, she's been hammered without mercy or quarter. The New York Slimes couldn't help but note that O'Donnell was a "Roman Catholic who for a time considered herself an evangelical" as if she were a dangerous religious extremist who might try to reintroduce the Inquisition. (Were she to champion Shariah law like Feisal Abdul Rauf, she'd be considered a moderate, if not a saint, by the editorial staff at the Slimes.) The Washington Compost made sure to mock O'Donnell's religious beliefs as well as the upbringing of most Christian teenagers by calling their religious schooling into question. In fact, Compost blogger Elizabeth Tenety wrote in their "Under God" blog:

Tell me: Why is this a bad thing ?



Why would anyone not want to have a person with strong, mainstream, religious values serving in government ? Call me crazy and off my meds, but isn't someone who has religious values far more likely to act honsetly than someone who doesn't ? I know there are plenty of examples of hypocrisy, like Mark Sanford in South Carolina or the majority of televangelists. I get it, but on the whole, most religious people are more honest than non-believers. They know that God is watching them and act accoringly. Not a bad deal, especially if you're vying for a seat in the cess pool known as the United States Senate. Why, it's almost as bad as Chicago up there!



The point is this, folks. We'll never get out of this mess if we don't start electing people like Christine O'Donnell. Say what you want about her financial skills or her oratory. Fine. Politics isn't for the faint at heart. But we as a nation need more people with her courage and conviction to lead us. No, I'm not asking for a theocracy, and I'm certainly not demanding that every politician be a Christian. However, we're going to keep spinning our wheels if we let the lamestream media be the sole judge on political candidates' character.

Armageddon Is Around The Corner

Buidling bomb shelters, starting crisis gardens, and hoarding food and ammunition....these all seem like good ideas, don't they ?



No, my Official Glenn Beck Tinfoil that I got from Insider Extreme isn't too tight. I, unlike the 2+2=5 Progressivevik Junta that calls itself Congress, am simply using my head for more than a hat rack.



A quick perusal of www.usdebtclock.org will show you that Armageddeon is indeed around the corner. The funny thing is, We The People did this to ourselves. The largest expenditure on the debt clock, if you'll note, is entitlements, the sacred cows of all politicians that don't have the surnames of "Paul" or "Bachmann". More than 10% of the US national debt comes from government giveaways like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and bloated federal pensions. Often, we accuse politicians of acting like pigs at the trough, yet, aren't We The People acting the same way when it comes to our entitlements ?



I know this isn't going to make me a whole lot of friends, but what the hell ? If I need a friend, I'll adopt another cat. (I hate dogs.) Here's some of my ideas for taming the Entitlement Beast:



•Raise the retirement age from 65 to 70. When Franklin Dictator Roosevelt imposed Social(ist) Security on the American people, the average person rarely lived past his or her 60th birthday. Nowadays, despite the plots of evil insurance and drug companies, your average, everyday person can now reasonably expect to live to about 77 and people living well into their 80's and 90's is not as unheard of as it once was. With people living longer, it is not unreasonable to expect them to work longer. Last time I checked, no one has ever turned into a pumpkin the moment they turn 65.

•Privatize Social(ist) Security. Call me crazy and off my meds, but couldn't the private sector do a better job of managing retirement funds than the Big Mommy Regime ? The private sector would keep costs down, reduce fraud, and modernize the system. This would also help cut down the ridiculously large and really expensive federal workforce and their bloated pensions. (It's like killing two socialist birds with one stone.) Not only that, a privatized Social(ist) Security system can offer individualized plans that can meet the individual's needs. A whole array of investment options would arise and it would not be impossible for a low wage earner to actually enjoy his retirement rather than be a ward of the state.

•Raise the eligibilty requirements for Medicare to age 70. The reasons for this are the same ones I used for raising the retirement age.

•Enact actual health care reforms such as granting the ability to buy health insurance across state lines and tort reform to lower health care costs. (We've beaten this death for the last year, folks. If you don't know what I'm talking about, close your eyes and pretend it's 2009.) This way everyone can afford their own insurance and thus, Medicare and Medicaid would no longer needed, except in dire circumstances. Now, that does not mean we would simply kick those who truly need assistance to the curb. (Wounded war veterans, the actually disabled, etc.) It means no more free health care and free goodies for the "Bad Backs" and "Clinically Depresseds" of the world. If individual states want to run their own Medicare or Medicaid systems, more power to them.

•Convert the pensions of all federal employees with less than 10 years of service into a 401k. Unless you've risked life and limb in the military, there's no reason for a federal worker drone to be set for life at taxpayer's expense. Additionally, tax incentives could be used to convince federal worker drones to voluntarily convert their pensions into a 401k if they have more than 10 years' service.

Now, there's other things that could be done to reduce the debt, like killing the Department of No Energy, The Department of Indoctrination...er,uh... Education, the EPA, and countless other useless federal bureaucracies. That would certainly help (and not to mention, bring us closer to the Consitutional Republic our Founders envisioned.) However, even slaying those behemoths won't even scratch the suface of the debt.



Back the quotes I opened with. The national debt is a national security concern. If the country goes broke, we'll have no national security. If 9/11 taught us anything, it taught us that the world is an evil and ugly place and yes, we are vulnerable. If some sort of fiscal sanity isn't brought to Washington, all we'll be able to do is sit in our bomb shelters and repeatedly say--



"God help us all."

You Lie! The Sequel.

Remember when Joe Wilson, a previously unknown Congressman from South Carolina, got a whole bunch of finger wagging thrown his direction when he bravely shouted "You lie!" at Chairman Obama during an address to both houses of Congress ?

At first glance, it looked like Wilson was trying to earn himself some brownie points with the growing opposition to Chairman Obama's plots and schemes. Now it looks like "You lie!" was the greatest understatement in American history since George W. Bush declared the war in Iraq was over with his infamous "Mission Accomplished" gaffe.

Let's take a look at Obama Bin Lyin' in action, shall we ?



"Well, I'll tell you how we've changed Washington. Prior to us getting here, as I've indicated before, you had a set of policies that were skewed towards special interests, skewed towards the most powerful, and ordinary families were being left behind." --Chairman Obama at his 9/10/10 press conference.


Call me crazy and off my meds, but isn't Chairman Obama a creation of special interest groups ? During the '08 Popularity contest, Chairman Obama received over $60 million in campaign donations from the communist front group known as SEIU. He was also the candidate of choice of the George Soros- funded Media Matters and Moveon.Dork.I would be remiss in my duties if I forgot to mention Chairman Obama's tenure as an indoctrinator and legal counsel for the Con Artists Formerly Known as ACORN back in the 90's. I do believe our Dear Leader would have an aneurysm if his brain formulates an idea that doesn't have the United Auto Workers label on it.


Verdict: You lie, Chairman Obama!


In the above quote, our Failed Messiah claims to have changed the balance of power from the elite to the everyday person. I don't know what dope he's been using, but damn, I'll bet it's some fantastic stuff. If you'll take a trip down memory hole lane with me, you'll recall a certain health care scam known as Obamacare(less) being signed into law, despite the wishes of the American people. Average joes all over the country went ballistic at town hall meetings, attended Tea Parties, and wrote their Congressmen and Imperial Senators all to no avail as Dirty Harry Reid used the arcane reconciliation rules of the Imperial Senate to bypass the Republican filibuster. I'm no political scientist, but I'd be hard pressed to call last summer's debacle an exercise in Jeffersonian Democracy.


Verdict: You lie, Chairman Obama! Liar, Liar, Hammer and Sickle on fire!


Now here's some honesty for you, folks. This has got to stop or the Republic as we know it will be gone, like the dodo bird. We The People have a right to expect our elected leeches...er, uh... officials to be honest. We are no longer in a position where we can shrug our shoulders and say "Well, that's politics. They're all crooks." That doesn't cut it anymore. We have to hold these frauds accountable for everything they do and say. Even the seemingly inconsequential quotes like the one above has to be questioned and analyzed. Our nation is at war. Our debt is so out of control it's being called a national security risk by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of State. We must have politicians who are honest with us or the whole house of cards is coming down. Hate to be a downer, but that's the way it is.

To Burn Or Not To Burn, That Is The Question

According to the Associated Depressed, Florida pastor Terry Jones has decided not to torch Korans to protest radical Islam on 9/11.






Ok...that's fine. This story is far from over.





The real story is the reaction to this fiasco by the Big Mommy Regime in Washington DC and its accomplices in the lamestream media.





Before we begin, I thought the whole idea of burning any religious texts completely un-American. This is not 1933 Germany. We, as Americans, do not burn books, even if we don't agree with them. It is a barbaric practice, and Terry Jones should be ashamed of himself for even bringing up the idea. Yes, it puts our troopes in even more danger, if that's possible. No self-respecting Conservative should think otherwise.



On the other hand, when was the last time the federal government ever stood up for Christianity or Judaism ? Why hasn't Chairman Obama asked Feisal Abdul Rauf to "listen to his better angels" and move his victory mosque away from Ground Zero ? Why is putting a Crucifix in a jar of urine or covering a staute of the Virgin Mary with elephant poop considered art by the federal government ? Why is the FBI intimidating Terry Jones acceptable ? Was Terry Jones threatened with being charged with a hate crime ? Are we afraid of radical Islam as a nation ? Are we so afraid of how radical Islamists will react that we allow them to set the agenda ? Inquiring minds want to know and deserve to know.



I have news for you, kids. This whole "To Burn or Not to Burn" mess has shown us how damaged our beloved Republic truly is. The lamestream media has gone AWOL on the questions I've listed above, so as usual, they're completely useless. The federal government has proven that it can be intimidated by militant Islam, so once again, the Big Mommy Regime is useless. We are in trouble as a nation and this hubballoo has proven it.

Ed Schultz: Bleeding Imbecile

Recently, Ed Schultz, the clown prince of political commentary, said this, as reported by the HuffingtonandPuffington Post on September 2nd:

There's a new war of words between Ed Schultz and Glenn Beck.



Schultz, who — like Beck — hosts both a radio show and a cable news show, diminished the significance of Beck's rally this week by saying that he could easily bring 300,000 people to the Washington mall.



"I could get every union head in this country. I could organize every progressive group in this country. The main bloggers. This could be the Ed March," Schultz said. "Folks, 300,000 people on the heels of six months promotion: that ain't no big shakes! This is no sign that there's going to be any turn of events when it comes to the ballot box...



"NBC News says 300,000 people. I bet I could do that!" he continued. "I bet I could do that with this radio show and my TV show and six months promotion. If I had the budget, I could equal that march. I know I could...I guarantee you, I could do more than 300,000. It ain't a big deal."

If you need any further proof that the Progressivevik left doesn't get it, I don't know what to tell you.





The 8/28 Restoring Honor rally was way bigger than Glenn Beck. The 8/28 rally was bigger than politics. The 8/28 rally was America's soul on display for all to see, and you know what, I like what I saw. I saw a no longer silent majority give a polite middle finger to the Washington elite who have run this country into the ground. I saw Americans who wanted America to be America once again.



What bleeding imbeciles like Ed Schultz don't realize is that Americans love their country. They want the freedom to succeed. They want to keep the fruits of their own labor. They want to preserve their rights to Free Speech and to Bear Arms. They salute those who risk life and limb in the military to protect those rights. Most of all, Americans love their God and are tired of seeing Him being pushed into a secular-Progressivevik corner. In short, they are not Ed Schultz.



Hey Ed, what are you going to have a May Day Rally ? Do you honestly believe 300,000 + are going to show up to a rally in support of paying higher taxes so the Big Mommy Regime can redistribute wealth ? Do you honestly believe that 300,000 + are going to show up in a rally for net neutrality and restrictive gun laws ? Do you think 300,000 + are going to show up to a rally that dishonors our military ? Ed, you may have the IQ of a slug, but surely even you don't believe Americans are going to show up to a rally that touts secular humanism, right ?



We The People have had enough, Ed. We The People don't trust your union buddies. We The People don't really care what the HuffingtonandPuffington Post says anymore. We The People no longer care what the Progressivevik bloggers on Moveon.Dork say anymore. We The People are the ones who matter, not They The Progressiveviks. After all, We The People make this country work. We're the ones who have jobs. We're the ones who join the military. We're the ones who start businesses. We're the ones who still hope and dream. We aren't the ones who wait around for the government to take it from someone else and give it to us.



Maybe, just maybe, if you understood any of that, you might draw 300,000 people to a rally, Ed.





God help Ed and folks like him to see the light.

Honesty Is The Best Policy

One thing that annoys me about the 2+2=5 Mob that calls itself the mainstream media is their lack of honesty. Whether it's the talentless hack Keith Olbermann telling his ten viewers that 45,000 Americans die every year from a lack of health insurance or Joyless Behar telling us she's a human and not a devil spawn, every day we're bombarded with lie after lie by the Ministry of Truth. Most of the time, I brush them off. Some of them are so outrageous they're not even worth repeating, let alone writing a column about. However, the latest lie about how tolerant the left is about religion... well, it's time to make 2+2=4 again.






Let's take a look at these two quotes from Katie Couric.

You can understand how people would hear some of these things and be like, wow, this is really infringing on civil liberties and freedom of speech and right to privacy and all sorts of basic tenets that this country was founded on, right ?" So, Kates, does that mean Christianity is a religion of hate and radical Islam is a religion of peace ? C'mon, Kates, be honest. That's what you really think, right ? Remember, honesty is the best policy!
 
Folks, the 2+2=5 Mob, whether it's Inner Party Member Couric or Inner Party Member Maddcow, couldn't give a rat's rear end about religious tolerance, since the grand majority of them are angry atheists like Inner Party Member Maher. Whenever the ACLU shows up in fly-over country to knock over a Nativity Scene, the media cheers them on, like Romans cheering on the lions. Why is that, you ask ? The left hates God and wants to replace Him with government. No one must be bigger or be more important than Big Mommy and her Regime. That's why they'll stoop to any level, including pitting Jews, Christians, and Muslims against each other, in their effort to destroy religion.
 
 Let's look at the left's latest sacred cow, Feisal Abdul Rauf's proposal of a Hamasque at Ground Zero and resulting hubballoo it created as prime example of this religion bating by the lefties. The left actively supports it because they can portray those who oppose it as small minded bigots. Nevermind the fact that 77% of voters (which at last check includes Muslims) oppose the House of Hatred, the Progressivevik left fully supports it. They certainly can't let a good controversy go to waste, just like Ol' Rahmbo can't let a good crisis go to waste. So the moment the first anti-Hamasque sign was waved, Progressiveviks from Sea to Shining Sea started screeching about tolerance, as if opposing the Hamasque was somehow un-American. They also knew the firestorm they were igniting would obviously pit Jews and Christians against Muslims, so Progressivevik frauds like Katie Couric and New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg kept fanning the flames. Why ? To discredit religion and to show America that religion creates hatred, that's why.
 
Since honesty is the best policy, I'll be honest with you, dear reader. I'm not the most religious guy around. I don't remember one word of Hebrew from my Bar-Mitzvah, and as far as I'm concerned, if it doesn't have bacon on it, it isn't food. However, I still identify myself as a Jew and I'm a real big fan of The Big Conservative Upstairs. I know He has my back, and I'll always have His. While God protects my soul, I'll always protect His reputation here on Earth from the Progressiveviks who want to trash it.
 
Normally, I end this column with "God help us all". In this case, it isn't appropriate. He's given us plenty of help and guidance with religion. Let's not let the Progressiveviks take away that gift.
