Remember way back when Chairman Obama hated religion ? Remember when he said that those who opposed his march to power were clinging to their guns and religion because they were "bitter" ? Remember that speech he made at Georgetown with the Crucifix covered ? Remember the shout out to atheists he made during his coronation ? Hell, our Dear Leader even refused to mention the "Creator" while reciting the Declaration of Independence. It was clear Chairman Obama was not a religious man.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and pretend to be shocked at the Failed Messiah's attitude against religion. Obama is a Progressivevik after all, and the only god those folks worship is the false idol known as "government". I am, however, disgusted at Obama's turning to religion when he needs something, like support for his hated Obamacare(less) scam.
According to Politico, Chairman Obama said this on a conference call to the "churches" that supported Obamacare(less)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“The debate in Washington is over, the Affordable Care Act is now law. …I think all of you can be really important validators and trusted resources for friends and neighbors, to help explain what’s now available to them.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Excuse the hell out of me ? Did he just say what I think he said ? Is this the same guy who mocked the Book of Leviticus ?
Folks, if you need any further proof that Chairman Obama is a dangerous, dangerous man, I don't know what else to tell you. The concept of the Seperation of Church and State may not be in the Constitution, but it's an important concept nonetheless. The main reason it exists isn't to keep Nativity Scenes out of the town halls of small towns in Flyover Country like the ACLU seems to believe. The doctrine exists to protect citizens from the manipulation of religion by the federal government, like what was done in Nazi Germany.
For example, the Nazis taught children these "prayers" to recite at a church luncheon:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Fuhrer, my Fuhrer, bequeathed to me by the Lord,
Protect and preserve me as long as I live!
Thou hast rescued Germany from the deepest distress,
I thank thee today for my daily bread.
Abideth me thou long with me, forsaketh me not,
Fuhrer, my Fuhrer, my faith and my light!
Heil, mein Fuhrer!"
(From George Mosse's Nazi Culture)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yet, the Nazis detested Christianity almost as much as they hated Judaism. As Hitler's right hand murderer, Matin Bormann, wrote in 1942:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"National Socialist and Christian concepts are incompatible. The Christian Churches build upon the ignorance of men and strive to keep large portions of the people in ignorance because only in this way can the Christian Churches maintain their power. On the other hand, National Socialism is based on scientific foundations."
(From George Mosse's Nazi Culture)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No, Herr Bormann did not post that on the HuffingtonandPuffington Post. Don't bother Googling it.
However, aren't these situations are the same ? Obama's Big Mommy Regime, just like Hitler's Third Reich, hates Christianity, but is more than willing to use it for political gain. Religion is one of the strongest forces that keeps society from collapsing. When religion is under control, the people are under control.
A very famous Jewish Carpenter from Nazareth had this to say about mixing religion and politics:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's." --Mathew 22:21
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I wonder if Obama ever heard that in his 20 years at Jeremiah Wrong's "church" ? I have a funny feeling the answer is no. To that I say:
God help us all.
