In case you were under a rock last week, the socialist dystopia known as the state of New York legalized gay marriage. Thousands of Rachel Maddcow and Frank Rich look-alikes took to the streets waving rainbow flags to celebrate their "victory". The scene was surreal--- it was like Bastille Day, but instead of heads on pikes, we had Jimmy Choos and leather outfits.
The evil "breeders" took one on the chin! (Get your mind out of the gutter, will ya ?) Score one for diversity, blah, blah, blah, 2+2=5, yadda, yadda, yadda.
Now, it wasn't just the gay community falling all over itself in a euphoric trance. The arrogant and lazy lamestream media went bat-poop giddy too. Check out this crap from the talentless Little Dickie Cohen in the 6/27/11 Washington Compost:

Not only did Cuomo become governor, but since doing so, he’s dominated the cantankerous Legislature, brought in a budget on time and — history take note — passed a law to legalize same-sex marriage. Regardless of what hacks like Little Dickie Cohen would have you believe, "marriage equality" (the lib Newspeak term for gay marriage) has nothing to do with civil rights. After all, the Authoritarian Left doesn't believe in civil rights. (If you don't believe me, try making the Sign of the Cross at a public school or try to buy a gun without being a Mexican drug lord.) The Authoritarian Left is to Individual Liberty like kitten is to nuclear fission. (or like Palestinian is to oppressed, if you prefer.)
The real goal of the Authoritarian Left is to destroy Judaism and Christianity in the United States. After all, the last thing they need is people thinking that there's a Higher Authority than government. Taking their cue from Lenin and Hitler, the Authoritarian Left chips away at religious belief by perverting religious doctrine (Sojourners and the Jewish Funds for Justice), banning religious displays (the American Communist Liars Union, AKA the ACLU), and passing Orwellian-sounding laws. (Like Hatecrime legislation).
Now, of course, the Authoritarian Left denies this vehemently. They consider any mention of this plot to be "intolerance" and a figment of Glenn Beck's imagination, yet, like the Riddler, they often leave clues at the scene of the crime. Check out another one of Little Dickie Cohen's pearls of wisdom:

So, in other words, according to Little Dickie Cohen, Jesus Christ, Saint Paul, and Moses were homophobes. Pope John Paul II ? Homophobe. Mother Teresa ? Homophobe and bigot. Ladies and gentlemen, does that make sense to you ? Is that not an outright assault on your common sense ? Really, Little Dickie ? Are you really going there ?
The Patriotic Right's opposition to gay marriage has nothing to do with being a "hater" or imaginary homophobia. It has everything to do with resisting being told what to think, what to believe, and what to accept, regardless of what Little Dickie Cohen, and the Useful Idiots wearing Jimmy Choos and leather outfits think.
