Here's a crazy question: Was the federal "government" involved in some way in Glenn Beck's departure from FOX News ?
Now, don't get me wrong, I know how that sounds. I see your eyes rolling. Yes, my official Glenn Beck tinfoil hat is too tight, I'm a conspiracy theorist, blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda. Nonetheless, I want you to really think about it. After all, we live in times that don't allow us to sit back and say: "Nah, that couldn't be true". We live in times that force us to say "Well, I hope that's not true".
Whether you're a fan or not, you have to admit that the federal "government" has never had a critic like Glenn Beck. He was different in the fact that he wasn't just attacking one party. Beck is not your typical "call the the left socialists, make a lame joke, take the next call" kind of guy. (In other words, he's not Todd Schnitt.) Beck always backs up his statements with facts that were easily researched if one desired. To Beck, saying something isn't enough. You had to go the extra mile and prove it, consequences be damned. This attitude may have made Beck a star, but it also made him a crap load of enemies. You can't just scream that 2+2=4 when the government says that 2+2=5. Just ask Cass Sunstein.
The most dangerous socialist nutjob in the Obama administration is UNELECTED Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein. Cass' job is to make regulations. In other words, Cass makes rules that have the same power over us proles that have the same weight as laws. If that isn't creepy enough, Cass doesn't believe in Free Speech. Cass had this to say about "conspiracy theories" and what should be done about them:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Cass Sunstein has long been one of Barack Obama's closest confidants. Often mentioned as a likely Obama nominee to the Supreme Court, Sunstein is currently Obama's head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs where, among other things, he is responsible for 'overseeing policies relating to privacy, information quality, and statistical programs.' In 2008, while at Harvard Law School Sunstein co-wrote a truly pernicious paper proposing that the U.S. Government employ teams of covert agents and pseudo-"independent" advocates to "cognitively infiltrate" online groups and websites -- as well as other activist groups -- which advocate views that Sunstein deems "false conspiracy theories" about the Government. This would be designed to increase citizens' faith in government officials and undermine the credibility of conspiracists." --- Glenn Greenwald, salon.com
http://www.salon.com/news/opinion/glenn_greenwald/2010/01/15/sunstein
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's the abstract from the above cited "academic" paper:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Many millions of people hold conspiracy theories; they believe that powerful people have worked together in order to withhold the truth about some important practice or some terrible event. A recent example is the belief, widespread in some parts of the world, that the attacks of 9/11 were carried out not by Al Qaeda, but by Israel or the United States. Those who subscribe to conspiracy theories may create serious risks, including risks of violence, and the existence of such theories raises significant challenges for policy and law. The first challenge is to understand the mechanisms by which conspiracy theories prosper; the second challenge is to understand how such theories might be undermined. Such theories typically spread as a result of identifiable cognitive blunders, operating in conjunction with informational and reputational influences. A distinctive feature of conspiracy theories is their self-sealing quality. Conspiracy theorists are not likely to be persuaded by an attempt to dispel their theories; they may even characterize that very attempt as further proof of the conspiracy. Because those who hold conspiracy theories typically suffer from a crippled epistemology, in accordance with which it is rational to hold such theories, the best response consists in cognitive infiltration of extremist groups. Various policy dilemmas, such as the question whether it is better for government to rebut conspiracy theories or to ignore them, are explored in this light."---Cass Sunstein and co author Adrian Vermeule

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, call me crazy and off my meds, but would this be a man who would have stood for Beck's withering critique of Chairman Obama and his Hopey-Changey socialist governing style ? Nope. In addition, Herr Sunstein is in bed with the George $oros crowd. From super sleuth Aaron Klein at WorldNetDaily:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"At least three White House advisers and officials, including President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, have ties to an effort funded by billionaire George Soros to push for a new, "progressive" U.S. Constitution.
WND first reported last week that Sunstein's wife, Samantha Power, has been a champion of a Soros-funded doctrine, entitled "responsibility to protect," which was used by Obama to justify engaging in an international military alliance to bomb Libya. As the National Security Council special adviser to Obama on human rights, Power reportedly influenced Obama in his decision.
Now it has emerged that Sunstein has maintained extensive ties to Soros' funding, particularly with regard to a movement that openly seeks to create a 'progressive' consensus as to what the U.S. Constitution should provide for by the year 2020.
Also, Attorney General Eric Holder sat on the board of a Soros-funded group pushing the same 'progressive' constitution'. "

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When a guy has skeletons in his closet like Ol' Cass has, you kind of want to keep things low key. The last thing he needs is someone like Glenn Beck analyzing his every move on a chalk board every night. Is it so unreasonable to believe that Herr Sunstein "leaned" on Roger Ailes, Head Honcho at FOX News, to get rid of Beck with some help from Pharoah $oros ? Remember, these are people who want to destroy the United States and change its Constitution. That's a project that requires absolute secrecy and silence, especially when you don't want angry proles chasing you with pitchforks and torches. This is what $oros and Cass want the Constitution to look like:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"In my dialogue with Bruce Ackerman, I will be arguing for the importance of focussing quite narrowly on the Constitution in 2020 -- the founding document as it is interpreted in courts. I will be urging that it is important to resist, on democratic grounds, the idea that the document should be interpreted to reflect the view of the extreme right-wing of the Republican Party. This idea, sometimes masquerading under the name of originalism or strict construction, represents a form of judicial hubris; it is bad history and bad law. It should be exposed and rejected as such." ---Cass Sunstein in 2005
http://constitutionin2020.blogspot.com/2005/03/post-by-cass-sunstein.html
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In other words: Cass wants to have a living, breathing Constitution that would give the Big Mommy Regime in DC unlimited power. He doesn't care what the Founders said, he only cares about what they should have said, in his own fascist opinion.
Now, I'm not going to pretend that I'm the one outing Cass Sunstein. Actually, Glenn Beck already did, many times on his FOX News show. However, this is some gold from Beck:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The office of information and regulatory affairs, Cass Sunstein who I maintain is the most dangerous man in America because you never see this guy coming. According to Red State, Cass Sunstein had championed creating fake websites and using outside 501(c)(3) interest groups to act as alleged independent champions of government policy and to, quote, cognitively infiltrate, end quote, opposition websites." ---Glenn Beck
http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/39348
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Fake websites" ? "Interest groups" ? Hmmm.....what could Glenn be blithering about ?

MoveOn.org Political Action and MoveOn.org Civic Action are separate organizations."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh, look! It's Moveon.Dork! They hate Glenn Beck! Oh, yes they're Emperor Palpat---I mean Herr $oros' henchmen! So, how's that protest rally about Obama's ILLEGAL WAR in Libya coming along, Moveon ? You know, that little skirmish Obama got the US involved in without Congressional approval....Oh wait, you haven't had time ? Oh, I get it, you're too busy cheering the end of the Glenn Beck show. How silly of me!

"Media Matters for America is a Web-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media.
Launched in May 2004, Media Matters for America put in place, for the first time, the means to systematically monitor a cross section of print, broadcast, cable, radio, and Internet media outlets for conservative misinformation — news or commentary that is not accurate, reliable, or credible and that forwards the conservative agenda — every day, in real time.
Using the website mediamatters.org as the principal vehicle for disseminating research and information, Media Matters posts rapid-response items as well as longer research and analytic reports documenting conservative misinformation throughout the media. Additionally, Media Matters works daily to notify activists, journalists, pundits, and the general public about instances of misinformation, providing them with the resources to rebut false claims and to take direct action against offending media institutions."

Hmmmm.... "Direct action", you say ? Like what, Media Matters ? You mean like this, from your "Drop FOX campaign" ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Tides Foundation CEO Drummond Pike's full letter to Fox News advertisers:
Dear Fox Advertiser,
I am writing to ask your company to take a simple step that may well save lives in the future. And it is not unimportant that taking this action will remove your company and its products from any connection to what could very likely be an unpleasant tragedy, should things remain as they are today. On behalf of my organization, and many others like it, I ask that you cease advertising on the Fox News Channel.
This is neither a hollow request, nor one rhetorically made. There is an urgency to it born of our own direct experience as the target of a would-be assassin inspired by Fox's Glenn Beck Show.
On July 19th of this year, I arrived at our San Francisco office to learn that a misguided person carrying numerous guns and body armor had been on his way to start a "revolution" by murdering my colleagues and me. The Oakland Police Department called to tell us that, following a 12 minute shootout with the California Highway Patrol, law enforcement officials arrested an assailant who had targeted the Tides Foundation, an organization which I founded and currently serve as CEO, and the ACLU for violence. To say we were "shocked" does not adequately describe our reaction. Imagine, for a moment, that you were us and, had it not been for a sharp eyed highway patrolman, a heavily armed man in full body armor would have made it to your office with the intent to kill you and your colleagues. His motive? Apparently, it was because the charitable, nonpartisan programs we run are deemed part of a conspiracy to undermine America and the capitalist system, which is hogwash.
Although not a political organization, the Tides Foundation has been a frequent target of misinformation, propaganda, and outright lies by Fox News' Glenn Beck. Since his arrival at Fox in early 2009, Beck has repeatedly vilified Tides, suggesting we are intent on 'creat[ing] a mass organization to seize power.' He accuses the foundation of indoctrination and says we are 'involved in some of the nastiest of the nasty.' Beck tells viewers that Tides has 'funneled' money to 'some of the most extreme groups on the left' and that our mission is to 'warp your children's brains and make sure they know how evil capitalism is.' In total, prior to the attempted rampage, Beck had attacked the Tides Foundation 29 times. On September 28th, more than a month after the shooting, Beck reiterated his focus on the Tides Foundation, warning, 'I'm coming for you.' In jailhouse interviews, the gunman confessed he views Beck as a 'schoolteacher' who 'blew my mind.' My would-be killer admitted that Beck 'give[s] you every ounce of evidence you could possibly need' to commit violence.
Beck is a self-described 'Progressive Hunter' who relies on violent rhetoric. Do you really think that the millions of Americans who describe themselves as "progressive" need to be 'hunted down'? If so, to what end?
For hours every day on radio and television, Beck pits American against American, telling his audience that our country is under attack by a demonic Nazi-like regime seeking to destroy all that is great about America while insisting it's up to his viewers to resist and revolt. He warned his audience that 'these are the most dangerous two years of our republic. Because in the end, in revolutions, the real dangerous killers show up.' Beck even compared our government to vampires while instructing his viewers to 'drive a stake through the heart of the bloodsuckers' and pretended to poison Speaker Pelosi on television. A few months later, Gregory Giusti was was arrested for repeatedly threatening House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- including threatening to destroy her home -- because he was upset over health care reform. The man's mother told a local news station he listens to those with 'really radical ideas,' adding, 'I'd say Fox News or all of those that are really radical.'
When I started the Tides organizations 35 years ago, I did so in the very American belief that ordinary citizens had a role to play in our democratic process. It was, I thought, the responsibility of everyone to become engaged in our civic life, and for years we've worked with thousands of Americans to do just that. And, while we support progressive values and goals, we respect the rights and voices of those with whom we disagree on issues. Never in our history have we tolerated employees or grantees that support those who would do harm to others. By supporting Fox News Channel, you and your company are risking your reputation and good standing because they are doing just this.
As you may know, a coordinated advertiser boycott by Media Matters and Color of Change, an online civil rights group, has caused Glenn Beck's Fox News show to lose over 100 sponsors. Despite the campaign's success, Fox insists it has had no impact on the channel's profitability because the overall demand for advertisements on Fox has remained stable. Companies are still paying to advertise on Fox News, but their ads are simply moved to a different time of day. Thus, businesses that pay to broadcast commercials on Fox News are subsidizing Glenn Beck's television show by continuing to pump money into the network. It has become clear that the only way to stop supporting Beck is to stop supporting Fox News.
I respectfully request that you bring this matter of your company's sponsorship of hate speech leading to violence to the attention of your fellow directors as soon as possible. I believe no responsible company should advertise on Fox News due to its recent and on-going deplorable conduct.
While we may agree to disagree about the role our citizens and our government should play in promoting social justice and the common good, there should be no disagreement about what constitutes integrity and professionalism and responsibility in discourse - even when allowing for and encouraging contending diverse opinions intelligently argued. This is not a partisan issue. It's an American issue. No one, left, right or center, wants to see another Oklahoma City.
The next 'assassin' may succeed, and if so, there will be blood on many hands. The choice is yours. Please join my call to do the right thing in this regard and put Fox News at arm's length from your company by halting your advertising with them.
Sincerely,
Drummond Pike
CEO and Founder, Tides"

What about you, Colorofchange.org ? What's your deal ? Aren't you funded by Sugar Daddy $oros, too ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"ColorOfChange.org exists to strengthen Black America's political voice. Our goal is to empower our members - Black Americans and our allies - to make government more responsive to the concerns of Black Americans and to bring about positive political and social change for everyone.
We were heart-broken and outraged by the catastrophe that followed Hurricane Katrina. And we were devastated to realize that no African-American organization or coalition had the capacity to respond on the necessary scale.
Hurricane Katrina made it clear that our lack of a political voice has life-and-death consequences. With no one to speak for them, hundreds of thousands of people - largely Black, poor, and elderly - were left behind to die. But it wasn't just Black folks. Poor, sick, and elderly people of every color were abandoned too. We are not alone, and when we work to protect Black lives and interests, we do the same for all who have been left behind in political silence.
ColorOfChange.org is comprised of Black folks from every economic class, as well as those of every color who seek to help our voices be heard. Our members are united behind a simple, powerful pledge: we will do all we can to make sure all Americans are represented, served, and protected - regardless of race or class.
What We Do
Using the Internet, we enable our members to speak in unison, with an amplified political voice. We keep them informed about the most pressing issues for Black people in America and give them ways to act. We lobby elected representatives using email, the telephone, and face-to-face meetings.
We bring attention to the needs and concerns of Black folks by holding coordinated events in different parts of the country, running TV and print advertisements, and demanding that the news media cover our issues. We also work with other groups - online efforts and other organizations that are doing related work - to magnify our impact.
When we come together and speak with one voice, we cannot be ignored."
http://colorofchange.org/about/
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, isn't that remarkable! So, exactly how do you go about strengthening "Black America's political voice" ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"During a Fox News appearance, Glenn Beck called President Obama "a racist" who has a "deep-seated hatred for white people." Beck is on a campaign to convince the American public that President Obama's agenda is about serving the needs of Black communities at White people's expense. It's repulsive, divisive and shouldn't be on the air. Join us in calling on Beck's advertisers to stop sponsoring his show.
Join us in calling on Beck's advertisers to stop sponsoring his show.
UPDATE: More than 285,000 people have asked advertisers to distance themselves from his program. Since July 2009, nearly 300 advertisers have abandoned his Fox News show. Advertisers continue to stay away. The ColorOfChange community achieves a public rebuke on a scale rarely seen and helps push Beck’s voice further to the margins of public discourse, where it belongs.
UPDATE: Glenn Beck’s daily show will drop from the Fox News lineup. ColorOfChange Executive Director James Rucker responds here and here."
http://colorofchange.org/campaign/stop-glenn-beck/
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How did James Rucker respond ? Let's see:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Fox News has announced that Glenn Beck’s TV show will end later this year. This is great news, and it wouldn’t have happened without the efforts of ColorOfChange.org members. Since our campaign began in 2009, more than 285,000 of us demanded that Beck’s advertisers stop supporting his show, and they listened — roughly 300 companies abandoned his show. And we’ve made sure that major advertisers have stayed away from Beck — since the end of 2009, Beck’s only advertisers have been companies selling things like gold coins and exercise machines.
Beck’s lack of advertisers made him a financial liability for Fox, and it’s clear that this was a driving factor in his departure from Fox. This is an incredible and unprecedented victory.
Before this announcement from Fox, we already considered this campaign a huge success. Back in August 2009, when we had pushed about a dozen advertisers off of Beck’s show, the New York Times called our campaign “unusually successful.” After all major advertisers left Beck’s show in response to our campaign, it became extremely clear that the way Beck stokes fear and division is not acceptable in the mainstream. The media coverage of our campaign helped expose Beck for what he is — someone who twists the truth, stokes racial fear and tension for political and personal gain.
We always knew that we could reduce Beck’s influence and push him to the margins of political discourse — where he belongs.
Everyone who took part in this effort should feel proud. It’s because of us — everyday people taking a stand and demanding accountability — that Glenn Beck’s race-baiting and fear-mongering will no longer have a platform on a major TV network. We also want to thank our partners at MoveOn, CREDO Action, Media Matters, and StopBeck for all their hard work and support in this campaign. This victory is theirs too.
Our statement about Beck’s departure from Fox is here."

OAKLAND, Calif. – The following is a statement from James Rucker, executive director of ColorOfChange.org, in response to Glenn Beck’s departure from the Fox News Channel:
“ColorOfChange strongly applauds Glenn Beck’s departure from the Fox News Channel. More than 285,000 ColorOfChange members have participated in our campaign against him since it began in July 2009. Because of them, Beck’s show lost more than 300 advertisers – companies that were unwilling to attach their products and brands to his vitriolic and divisive commentary. Fox News Channel clearly understands that Beck’s increasingly erratic behavior is a liability to their ratings and their bottom line, and we are glad to see them take this action.”

We certainly can't forget everyone's least favorite kapos at the Jewish Funds For Justice, can we ? After all, they're the Pseudo-Jews who got 400 "rabbis" to sign a petition demanding that Beck be punished for daring to out their Nazi-collaborating benefactor, George $oros. What do they have to say about Beck's ousting at FOX ?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Simon Greer, president of Jewish Funds for Justice, released the following statement after Fox News Network announced today that it is terminating Glenn Beck’s daily television show later this year:
'Fox News is dumping Glenn Beck because he has been rejected by Jews, by Christians and people of conscience from across the political spectrum. We applaud Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes for taking responsibility for Beck’s destructive impact and for finally ridding themselves of his hate speech.
'For over a year, JFSJ has stood up to Beck’s conspiracy theories, which often involve personal attacks on Jews and on faiths that pursue social justice. In November, 10,000 people joined our call for Fox News to cancel Beck’s program, and many other Jewish leaders, including the editors at Commentary magazine, Prof. Deborah Lipstadt, Rabbi Eric Yoffie and rabbinical leaders of the major denominations have spoken out strongly against Beck’s rhetoric. Today, we feel like our voices have been heard.”
Jewish Funds for Justice has spearheaded the campaign to get Glenn Beck off of the air. Last fall, JFSJ delivered more than 10,000 petitions to Fox News headquarters, urging the company to 'Fire Beck.' In January, JFSJ organized more than 400 rabbis, including leaders of every denomination, to issue an open letter to Rupert Murdoch asking him to sanction Beck for the misuse of the Holocaust and Nazis to demonize political opponents. JFSJ was also instrumental in organizing the Jewish community to demand an apology from Beck after he compared Reform Judaism to radical Islam in February.
JFSJ continues to stand up to Beck’s destructive impact on the radio. The organization is working with Christian clergy to call upon Salem Communications not to air Beck’s nationally syndicated radio show in New York City and drop him from their stations in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC.
Jewish Funds for Justice (JFSJ), a national public foundation guided by Jewish history and tradition, is standing up to Glenn Beck as part of 'Solutions not Scapegoats,' its campaign to counter fear-mongering and destructive political rhetoric."

Gee, what does destroying Glenn Beck have to do with Judaism or creating a "just, fair, and compassionate America" as the website's header reads ? I'm at a loss.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
See, folks, the bottom line is this: Glenn Beck wasn't removed from the FOX lineup because of his ratings, unlike Keith Olbermann. He wasn't canned for making racist remarks like Rick Sanchez. He was destroyed by the powers that be. He was destroyed by the "government" and its $oros funded puppeteers. Whether you love Beck or you think he's a lunatic, you should be offended as an American that a tiny, faceless group is deciding for YOU what you should be allowed to watch and who you should be allowed to listen to. Is this the American way ?
God help us all.

Emmanuel Goldstein Beck
Yes, it's true, Glenn Beck's 5pm show on FOX is coming to an end.
In my mind's eye, I can see Media Matters' Eric Boehlert and David Brock hugging each other in a not-so-manly way. I can see Lawrence O'Donnell cackling with glee while boring his twelve viewers to sleep. I can also see Chris Matthews pouring himself yet another drink in celebration. All of Progressivakia is now thanking the Earth Mother that their version of Emannuel Goldstein, Glenn Beck, is leaving his 5PM show.
Needless to say, I'm not buying the whole "Glenn Beck is leaving his show to do other projects" spin from FOX News head honcho Roger Ailes and Beck. I'm going on the record saying that Beck is being forced out by the friction from the $oros funded criminal front groups like Media Matters, the Pseudo-Jews of the Jewish Funds For Justice, the Pseudo-Christians at Sojourners, the Center for (Un) American Progress, and the rest of the Nazi Block Watchers of The Week, as Ann Coulter calls them. (We can't blame Ailes. FOX news is a business above all. It is not like Nasty Propaganda Radio--NPR-- that begs for donations and leeches off of taxpayers.Whether we like to admit it or not, those boycotts led by the $oros front groups hurt.) Once again, the tiny liberal minority in the United States is giving the Conservative majority the middle finger. On the surface, this looks like the Authoritarian Left wins again by silencing another critic.
Not this time.
I'm going to let the left in on a little secret, even if it costs me my Right Wing Extremist Decoder Ring. Glenn Beck is a fun TV personality to watch with crap loads of charisma, but we on the Constitutional Right don't look towards him as if he were some sort of guru, like the idiots who worship Keith Olbermann. Many of the things that Beck revealed on his show were common knowledge for us on the Constitutional Right. The Authoritarian Left can silence Beck and intimidate the suits at FOX News all they want, but they can never silence the individual. They can't stop us from holding discussions at Free Republic. They can't stop us from posting articles on Townhall. They can't stop us from calling a buddy on the phone and saying "Did you see what the Kenyan Socialist is trying to do to us today ?" or "Hey, I just finished reading this (insert your favorite Conservative book here). What did you think of it ?" The strength of the Conservative movement is its belief in the individual. We don't sit around waiting for someone to lead us. We lead ourselves. To quote Chairman Obama: "We are the ones we've been waiting for."
Go ahead, libs. Pretend that you've won a victory. Pretend that Emannuel Goldstein Beck is gone and we'll all start chanting 2+2=5. Pretend that Rachel Maddcow is female, I don't care. The bottom line is this: We are taking back OUR country from YOU. We are sick and tired of your politicalcorrecthink crap. We are sick and damn tired of being told what to think by YOU. We're not giving in, libs. For every patriot you knock down with your smears and innuendo, two more will take his place. You can take that to the government-run bank. Never again will we kowtow to the Authoritarain Left. Those days are done, no matter how much sissies like David Brock whine and cry.

We're gonna kick the hell out of him all the time, and we're gonna go through him like crap through a goose!"--- George C. Scott as General George S. Patton in the opening of Patton (1970)

Operation Social Justice
In 2007, a little known Imperial Senator from Mentally Illinois named Barack Hussein Obama introduced the S.2433, The Global Poverty Act, whose introduction is shown below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"To require the President to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to further the United States foreign policy objective of promoting the reduction of global poverty, the elimination of extreme global poverty, and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goal of reducing by one-half the proportion of people worldwide, between 1990 and 2015, who live on less than $1 per day."
[To read the rest of the bill, which is actually fairly short, http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=s110-2433]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As was reported by WorldNetDaily, Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media estimated that this insanity would redistribute 0.7% of the GDP of the United States to hell holes all over the world. This would have increased foreign aid spending by $845 billion in 13 short years. Luckily for us Proles, this stinker died in committee and never became law. (For more on this, check out: http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=56405)
Now, I know what you're thinking: Thanks for the trip down Memory Hole Lane, professor, but this is now a dead issue. John Boehner may be a major disappointment as Speaker of the House, but even he isn't stupid enough to give crap like this the time of day.
Are you sure about that ? Do you really believe that Obama's Marxist/internationalist program is a dead issue ? Do you really believe the Republican Panty (no typo) is immune to this type of insanity ? On March 30th, the Weeper of the House said this statement about Chairman Obama's Libyan Adventure:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The United States has a moral obligation to stand with those who seek freedom from oppression and self-government for their people. It’s unacceptable and outrageous for Qadhafi to attack his own people, and the violence must stop. "
http://washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/2011/03/boehner-first-libya-strikes-ok-obama-must-consult-congress-furthe
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A moral obligation, Mr. Weeper ? Try as I might, I can't seem to find that in the Constitution. Wasn't your first act as Speaker of the House to read the Constitution (edited, might I add.) ? In that document, did you find a section that deals with the responsibilty of the United States to get involved in every civil war on the planet ? No, Mr. Weeper, that section is not in the Constitution because it does not exist. The funny part about all of this is the fact that Boehner's statement came after Chairman Obama said this in his rambling speech attempting to justify the involvement of the United States in the Libyan civil war:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"That is not to say that our work is complete. In addition to our NATO responsibilities, we will work with the international community to provide assistance to the people of Libya, who need food for the hungry and medical care for the wounded. We will safeguard the more than $33 billion that was frozen from the Gaddafi regime so that it is available to rebuild Libya. After all, this money does not belong to Gaddafi or to us - it belongs to the Libyan people, and we will make sure they receive it."
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1371035/Barack-Obama-Libya-speech-We-went-road-Iraq.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is that not social justice ? Is that not taking wealth from the American tax payer and giving it to Libya, which is not even America's ally ? Is this not the federal "government" deciding that Libyans need American wealth more than the Americans who earned it ?
Where does this end ? If the new war in Libya escalates (and there's no reason to believe that it won't, especially since the CIA is currently in Libya gathering intelligence, much the same way they did in Iraq. Oh yeah, there's 2500 Marines waiting on a ship off the Libyan coast.) the spending on this utter nonsense will be epic. (And, not to mention horribly unfair to the brave men and women of the US military who should not have to risk their lives to support an al-Qaeda led coup. This rant on this is coming soon, so stay tuned.) This will wipe out any cuts made to the bloated federal budget, leaving us in the same nightmarish fiscal position we started with before the Midterm Massacre.
I'm not denying that there is genuine suffering in Libya. However, there is also genuine suffering in Yemen. And Rwanda. And Bahrain. And Syria. And the Ivory Coast. And...well, you're a smart cookie True Believer. I don't have to spell it out for you. The United States cannot reasonably assume the role of the world's social worker. The United States didn't cause the world's suffering, therefore its people should not be responsible for paying for it. Any belief otherwise is taking American sovereignty and flushing it down the toilet, regardless of whether Chairman Obama and the Weeper of the House believe it or not.
God help us all.

From Doves To Hawks ?
What do Moveon.org, thinkprogress.org, americanprogress.org, and mediamatters.org all have in common ?
Well, they're all part of Pharoah $oros' empire....They're all followed by the 2+2=5 crowd....They all hate America.....Oh yeah, NOT ONE OF THEM HAS COME OUT AGAINST CHAIRMAN OBAMA'S LIBYAN ADVENTURE!
If you'll kindly take a stroll with me down Memory Hole Lane, you'll recall that all of the above websites and parent organizations were virulently against the wars in Afganistan and Iraq. They often compared then President Bush to Adolf Hitler, chanted nonsense like "Not in my name!", held peace rallies, blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda. It was as if they were trying to recreate the Great Disruption of the 1960's all over again. I have to give them credit, they were able to sour the American attitude against both wars, despite the fact that both wars were vital to national secuirty and were completely necessary.
Out of that maelstrom of liberal stupidity rose a star. That star was Barack Hussein Obama. The previously unknown state senator from Mentally Illinois quickly rose from obscurity to victory in the '08 Popularity Contest which saw him defeat the retread Senator from Arizona, John McPain. During his mad rush to power, Obama made it perfectly clear he was not a fan of either war, as evidenced by this quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and the war on terrorism have reduced the pace of military transformation and have revealed our lack of preparation for defensive and stability operations. This Administration has overextended our military."
http://www.allgreatquotes.com/barack_obama_quotes3.shtml
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The arrogant and lazy lamestream media ate it up, as did the Progressivevik movement. They made it sound like Jesus had returned and was elected President. As Evan Thomas of Newspeak (No, not a typo.) famously said, after Chairman Obama's speech in Cairo:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One would think that the lamestream media and Obama's fanatical followers would be bitter and disillusioned after Obama decided to become the hitman of the European Union and the United Nazis (UN). Not at all, True Believer. Some are looking at Obama's Libyan Adventure as a great moment in Liberal History. As Moron Dowd wrote in the New York Slimes:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There is something positively mythological about a group of strong women swooping down to shake the president out of his delicate sensibilities and show him the way to war. And there is something positively predictable about guys in the White House pushing back against that story line for fear it makes the president look henpecked."

"This isn't "blood for oil." America has little interest in Libya's resources. There is a dictator who is actually using tactical nukes on citizens. There is a WAVE of spontaneous democratic change sweeping the Middle East right now. It is not the US, but the United Nations, sharing responsibility to aid the democratic rebels in Libya, jsut as it is the United Nation's responsibility to allocate various countries' resources to aiding in the rescue of Japan. The UN, with the US and this President are acting together to make the world a better place, and if you can't see that, you really need to remove Beck's duct tape from your eyes and his fingers from your ears."
[I would be remiss in my duties if I didn't point out that Libya has no tactical nuclear weapons.]
"Someone 'gets' it? Your Cato Institute frame of 'Blood for Oil' makes ZERO sense here to people who have taken the time to even remotely understand what the United Nations is doing and why we're keeping up our end of the bargain as a leading member and remaining world superpower. There is no oil for the US from Libya. There is a spontaneous Democratic revolution sweeping the entire Middle East, and the UN, with our assistance, is aiding the rebels against a dictator who is using tactical nukes against his own people to suppress democratic reform. Shame on you for pushing your Koch Brothers frame of this president, the UN, and our harmonic cooperation with the world. The days of preemptive wars and telling the world what will be done for our own defense and energy industry profit is OVER. You WILL NOT be able to compare this President or his policies to those of Bush, except as a complete yin/yang contrast exercise."

In the past, it would have been easy to just say that the Progressiveviks were just playing the partisan game and were simply standing with the President they worked so hard to get elected. However, the left has become more dangerous than ever, (See Van Jones and Code Pinko's Middle East tour for further details.) and the stakes are so high (We now are fighting three wars on the edge of a total economic break down.) that we can't let our guard down for a second.
My educated guess is this: The Collectivist Left sees Chairman Obama's Libyan Adventure as the redistribution of wealth. The Libyan rebels have nothing, so it's only fair that the greedy, capitalist American tax payer foot the bill for their revolution. This, in the warped mind of a liberal, is a justified use of the United States military. However, when the United States defended itself as it did in the case of the war in Afghanistan, or acted in its best interests as it did with Iraq, all of a sudden it's a problem, because to the left, the United States was defending capitalism by defending itself. I know how bat-poop crazy this sounds, but I don't have any other answer to the question of why the left went from pantywaist doves to hawks in a matter of days.
Congress needs to get off of their ample duffs and put an end to this Libyan Adventure. America's national security nor best interests are being threatened by the chaos in Libya. (To be perfectly blunt and honest, since the rebels have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and quite possibly al-Qaeda, let them and Qadaffi Duck kill each other. Who cares ?) Not one solidier, sailor, airman, or Marine should have to give his life so Libyans can establish an Islamonazi theocracy. Not one thin dime that a tax payer slaved for should pay for this crap. Speaker Boehner, you've been a very big disappointment so far. Time to make amends. Time to pull the plug on Chairman Obama's Libyan Adventure.
God help us all.

Just How Dangerous Is Code Pinko ?
Just how dangerous is Code Pinko ? Read the snippets below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I have not been standing by. I personally was arrested in the Libyan embassy for taking down Gadhafi's picture. I've been with the people of Libya."---Medea Benjamin, Code Pinko co founder on the O'Reilly Factor, March 23, 2011
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Dear CODEPINKer,
After several cancelled flights, I am finally on my way to Egypt to join my CODEPINK colleagues who are already there. We were supposed to be leading a delegation to Gaza right now, traveling through the Sinai to get to Gaza's southern border. The Rafa crossing into Gaza has been closed, our delegation is unable to leave Cairo, and we have been caught up in the breath-taking people's movement that is sweeping Egypt. CODEPINK’s Tighe Barry has been out on the streets of Cairo all week long. You can hear a compelling report from him here.
When CODEPINK was in Cairo for the Gaza Freedom March last year, we led and participated in small, peaceful protests that were set upon by hundreds of riot police at the behest of repressive Mubarak regime.
But now there has been a seismic shift. There are not 50 people rallying in Cairo, but hundreds of thousands protesting across the nation. Dozens have been killed; hundreds have been wounded.
But the Egyptian people will not be turned back. They feel their power and are determined to seize the moment.
The US has given Egypt $68 billion since 1948, and since 1979, Egypt has been the second-biggest recipient of US aid after Israel. Our government currently gives $1.3 billion a year of our tax dollars in military aid to the Mubarak regime.
Join us in telling President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the U.S. Congress to stop funding the Mubarak regime now, to call on Mubarak to resign, and to expressly say that our government stands with the Egyptian people. After all, in his recent State of the Union Address, President Obama declared: “The United States stands with the people of Tunisia.” Shouldn’t we also stand with the Egyptians?
Sign here to stand in solidarity with people who are giving their government, our government and the world a lesson in democracy.
Mubarak is refusing to leave. But our government can—and must—break its ties to this dictator. As courageous Egyptian citizens are being assaulted with U.S. tear gas and other Made-in-the-USA weapons, we must say: Enough.
In solidarity,
Medea Benjamin"

"Yemen, January 28: The protesters who filled the streets of Sana, the Yemeni capital, on Thursday demanding the resignation of the country’s authoritarian leader claimed inspiration from similar large antigovernment protests that have rattled Egypt and toppled the government in Tunisia this month.
But among the details distinguishing these marchers — including a higher degree of organization and, at least for now, no major clashes — was the preponderance of pink. Headbands, sashes, banners of cloth or paper, even the ink of the blaring slogans were a delicate pastel pink.
The color — commonly associated in the United States with breast cancer awareness and princess outfits — was both a unifying symbol and an indication of the level of planning underlying the protests."

[In fairness, the actual Code Pinko organization was not mentioned in the article, but why the color pink, hmmmmm?]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We are outraged, stunned and broken-hearted that the Israeli Navy has not only intercepted 6 ships that were carrying humanitarian aid to the 1.5 million people in Gaza who are living under an Israeli-imposed siege, but has actually killed and wounded dozens of these brave humanitarian activists. While Israel has refused to release precise details, news reports are saying that at least nine people were killed, many more wounded, and that remaining 700 passengers have been sent to Israel for arrest and/or deportation. The storming of civilian ships in international waters by Israeli commandos is a terrorist act that is a blatant violation of international law.
This must be a turning point for U.S. policy toward Israel. The reaction of the Obama Administration to Israel's attack on the humanitarian aid flotilla, which included U.S. citizens, has been totally unacceptable. A White House spokesperson stated that President Obama "deeply regrets the loss of life and injuries sustained." We need to hear from our President and our Congress a STRONG CONDEMNATION of this abominable attack, and it must be accompanied by action: an immediate cut off of all aid to Israel and sustained pressure on Israel to lift the siege of Gaza.
The U.S. government has been complicit in arming Israel and enabling its human rights abuses, including the ongoing siege of Gaza that has kept 1.5. million people living in the world’s largest open-air prison. In July 2008, the United States signed a contract worth $1.9 billion to transfer the latest-generation of naval combat vessels to Israel at U.S. taxpayer expense. Currently, Congress is in the process of appropriating a record $3.2 billion in military aid to Israel this budget year. This aid must be stopped.
Israel has imposed a crippling blockade on Gaza since 2007, and then the brutal Israeli invasion of Gaza in December 2009 left over 1,400 Palestinians dead. CODEPINK has been sending delegations of humanitarian aid to Gaza via Egypt and pressuring the U.S. government to call on Israel to lift the siege. In light of this present massacre of humanitarian workers, we vow to redouble our efforts to lift the inhumane siege of Gaza and change U.S. policy to support the rights of all people in the region."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The group behind the Gaza flotilla that engaged in deadly clashes with Israeli commandos today counts among its top supporters the friends and associates of President Barack Obama, namely the founders of the Weather Underground terrorist organization, William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, as well as Jodie Evans, the leader of the radical activist organization Code Pink.
Earlier today, Israeli navy commandos raided the six-ship flotilla, encountering heavy resistance and live fire from the activists. Several activists were killed and dozens of others were reportedly injured, as were several of the Israeli commandos.
The flotilla was organized by the Free Gaza Movement, a coalition of leftist human rights activists and pro-Palestinian groups engaged in attempts to break a blockade imposed by Israel on the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
Ayers, Dohrn and Evans' Code Pink have led several recent Free Gaza Movement initiatives, including attempted marches into the Gaza Strip. Dorhn was in the Middle East just last month on behalf of the movement."

I'm not going to beat around the bush. The psychotics at Code Pinko are leftist terrorists that are far more dangerous than Carlos the Jackal and Che Guevara combined. Sure, Guevara had his run in Cuba and Carlos the Jackal had his 15 minutes of fame with his attack on OPEC, but Code Pinko has helped bring the world to the brink of World War III, something Guevera and Ramirez failed to do. Obviously, they're not solely responsible for the Middle East going from crazy to bat-poop crazy, but there are just too many coincidences, just too many pink finger prints to ignore.
Congressman King, Congressman Issa....you wanted investigations, right ? Here's a great place to start.
God help us all.

Liberals: Useless Idiots
Check out some of the conversations I had on the George $oros funded Moveon.org. Nothing was edited and the grammatical, capitalization, and spelling errors by the 2+2=5'ers were left in for full effect.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[A conversation about what Enumerated Power grants Congress the authority to fund NPR, AKA Nazi Propaganda Radio, that somehow became a conversation about the "horrors of capitalism".]
Me: I'd like to know what Enumerated Power grants the "government" the authority to fund Nazi Propaganda Radio (NPR).
Buehler....anyone....anyone...anyone....?
Drone: The same power that grants the government to continue handing out subsidies to Big Oil. The same power that allows the government to grant free license to right wing rant radio stations and pseudo Christian broadcasters devoted to funding their luxury lifestyles.
Me: Answer the question: What Enumerated Power grants Congress the power to fund Nazi Propaganda Radio ?
Ignorant Drone: He did. Read it again. Read it until you comprehend it.
Me: He did ? Where ? Who's on first...who's on second...who's redistributing wealth ?
Drone: I am unfamiliar with the organization you reference. What enumerated powers grants Congress the right to give subsidies to a private corporation ?
Me: Well...it looks like someone doesn't like Free Speech or the free market. In 2008, Exxon paid 318 million dollars per day in taxes.
[I should have said "By the way, Exxon paid 318 million dollars per day in 2008, but no one's perfect, and when I say unedited, I mean unedited, even if I drop the ball.]
Drone: Apart from being wrong, what does your comment about taxes have to do with anything? Subsidies are subsidies. In fact, the more taxes Big Oil pays, the more profit they made. The more profit they made, the less they should qualify for subsidies. Free speech would be everyone having an equal right to grab the microphone and broadcast using the PUBLIC airwaves. That is not the case, therefore radio does not fully qualify under free speech.
Me: You mentioned big oil, remember ?
Toe Jam: $318m x 365 = $116,070,000,000. No.
Me: "According to the company's income statement, the amount of taxes it paid in 2008 was 2.5 times as much as its net profit. The $45.2 billion profit figure makes a snappy headline, but the $116.2 billion in taxes that it paid is relegated to a footnote—if that. Exxon's tax bill breaks down like this: income taxes, $36.5 billion; sales-based taxes, $34.5 billion; "all other" taxes, $45.2 billion. Although the company doesn't mention royalty payments in its income statement, those payments are likely contained within the sales and "all other" categories.
In 2008, Exxon's tax bill averaged about $318 million per day. "

[A personal favorite: Nazis were actually socialists.]
Me: Here's a newsflash for you: Nazi= National SOCIALIST German Workers Party. Mussolini began as a socialist.
Nazism and fascism have nothing to do with each other, but both are creations of the political left, just like Communism.
Vomit-Chunk: ...History Lesson:
Reason for Socialist in the title. The Nazi party began as a very very weak fringe party of a couple of guys who wanted to work on post-WWI legislation on taxation in Germany. Their plan was to in essence create an independent. See why they called themselves national socialist was to attract both nationalists AND socialists or to simply get people who were undecided. It was a gimmick. It was so people when they registered saw it they thought hmm I'm a nationalist but I like socialists or...they are also socialists...and other variants...
then Hitler ran with it and changed it...
Plus dude...NAZISM IS NOT LEFT NOR FASCISM...ask all the communists and socialists they killed in Germany...or for that matter Spain...in Spain NAZI is an oxymoron.
Nazism/Fascism in theory has more in common with objectivism actually so...yeah...its on the right. Sorry, history does not support you.
Me: Or we could go with the truth: the Nazis were socialists.
"The NSDAP [The Nazis] and the DSP [The German Socialist Party] had arisen with the SAME ULTIMATE AIMS [emphasis mine], yet absolutely independent of each other. The main fighter for the DSP, as I have said, was Julius Streicher. At first he, too, had a holy conviction of the mission and the future of his movement. But as soon he could recognize the greater power and superior growth of the NSDAP clearly and without doubt, he ceased his activity for the DSP and the Working Federation, and called on his adherents to join the NSDAP..." ---Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf
Poop-Nugget: North Korea is officially called the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. So because it has democratic it's a democracy, right?
No. You're stupid. A name does not have to equal the parts. [Default Lib Argument Alert!]
Also, the fact that you would actually try to say the Nazi party was a socialist organization (especially after its gaining power) shows that you have absolutely no understanding of socialism or fascism.
North Korea is officially called the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. So because it has democratic it's a democracy, right?
Me: How about this little gem, the Nazi Party Platform from 1920, which was used as evidence in the Nuremberg Trial:
"We demand that the state be charged first with providing the opportunity for a livelyhood and a way of life for the citizens."
Funny how that doesn't sound like "Right Wing Rhetoric", huh ?
Me: "No. You're stupid." Oh really ?
"We must put an end to both economic freeloading and economic exploitation in America. There must be no place for parasites who draw their sustenance from society without giving anything in return. Those who thrive on usury, speculation, money-manipulation, and monopoly form a special class today whose primary interest is the maintenance of the system which allows their form of parasitism to flourish in the first place. We must have an economy based on the long-term interests of the man who works for a living, not the chronic loafer or the man who lives by renting out his capital."
Sounds like some pretty left wing stuff. Guess where I got that from ?

Call Me Crazy And Off My Meds....
....but I just can't trust Chairman Obama's motives for his UNCONSTITUTIONAL attack on Libya.
Before we continue, Let me be, as our Kenyan President likes to say, "perfectly clear": Moammar Qadaffi is a lump of excrement. He has been a state sponsor of terror who has taken American lives. (The 1986 disco bombing and the Lockerbie bombing in 1988.) If anyone deserves to die, it's this piece of filth. When Qadaffi Duck is out of power, the world will breathe a small sigh of relief.
However, this article is not about Qadaffi. This article is about another Islamic dictator, Barack Hussein Obama.
Chairman Obama has given us no reason whatsoever not to doubt his motives or trust his judgement in this matter. After all (in no particular order) :
•Didn't Obama's Department of Injustice sue the state of Arizona for having the gall to defend itself against the Mexican Trickle Invasion and refuse to send troops to the southern border, yet he rushed to send troops to Haiti and Libya ?
•Didn't Chairman Obama turn his back on the only genuine democracy movement in the Middle East, Iran's Green Revolution ? Didn't he say he didn't want to be seen as "meddling" ?
•Didn't Chairman Obama sit on his hands while General Stanley McChrystal damn near begged for additional troops in Afghanistan, yet he rushed troops to Haiti and Libya ?
•Didn't Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, hand 900 million dollars to Hamas ?
•Didn't Chairman Obama call Egypt's new military dictatorship a "democracy" ?
•Didn't Chairman Obama ask the UN's permission instead of Congress' permission to attack Libya ?
•Aren't many of these so-called Libyan "freedom fighters" al-Qaeda operatives ? Even the HuffingtonandPuffington Post admits it. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/19/extremists-among-libya-rebels_n_837894.html
Given our Dear Leader's 2+2=5 logic, is it really a stretch to question Chairman Obama's motives in this matter ?
